So gross a waitress was coughing hacking towards the food waiting to serve people coughed on her arm then was laying her head and arms on the counter where they put the food from the kitchen them continued to hack and hack so gross I couldn't even finish my food.... my omelet was burnt on one side ...

Overall I felt it was overpriced for what you receive. No soup or salad, just a unique nutty bread with a honey butter spread...it wasn't bad just not everyone's taste I'd imagine. There's no way to view a menu prior to dining which isn't a necessity but I like to plan and honestly had I been able to view the menu and prices beforehand I don't think we would have dined at the 3 sisters steakhouse.
The menu posted online was not the current menu. Many items listed online were not on the current menu. No pasta dishes available at all. Bread served when seated at table seemed a bit stale. The beet and goat cheese salad was a pleasant surprise and was tasty. My companion was not impressed with the prime rib. He said it appeared that it was rushed (well done/crispy/burnt on the outside edge).

Online menu was incorect. It changed to a very minimal menu, The food was very poor. Have had better in the cofee shop. Apparently they are on their 3rd chef ina short period of time. At least that was the excuse gien to us.
This was the special Valentines Day 5 course couples meal. Food was good, but was way too much. We ended up taking the entire entree and the pie part of the dessert home. The time between each course was too long. There didn't seem to be enough wait staff, it took forever to get our cocktails that we ordered before dinner (over thirty minutes and during the second course). The whole dinner took over two hours. The food was very good, and arrived at the correct temperature. I'd suggest in the future they cut the portions in half, I hate wasting food, and 4 of the 5 courses could not be taken home for later consumption as they would wilt, melt, or congeal.

Went to get Prime Rib, but no longer had it.Wasn't told the meal was ala cart until receiving our meal. Not as good as the last time. Been going to this restaurant for 11 years.

The place was not packed, but it took took entirely long to be engaged by our waitress. She took our order, and when food arrived , it was incorrect. Just don't feel it was up to par for the price. Will not return.

Place was empty with few customers coming and going. We were served by our usually waiter, Rhett, who remembered our drink order. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Food was tasty and delicious. Restaurant was clean.

There was 5 of us in our party. We ordered the chicken, the scallops, the salmon, a steak, the beet and goat cheese salad and the lobster bisque, every dish was delicious, prepared perfectly. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
They are in the process of developing a new menu. Very little to offer. Not sure why but the food was terrible. This is the second time that I have tried them and the food was terrible the first time also. Hopefully it is better for other people, but I won't be going back

Stopped in for a quick meal and didn't expect much. I ordered the. Lack and blue burger with potato salad as the side. There service for my foods arrival was on point, fast and prompt. The burger was moist and had enough blue cheese to make you want to take another bite. The potato salad had the perfect amount of flavoring that I almost wasn't to ask for the recipe!! To top it all off I ordered a slice of apple pie, that didn't disappoint!!! Light and flakey crush and perfectly seasoned apples/ The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. It's a cosy place and the workers were so polite! Overall 10/10

The Service was great, we didn't have to wait too long for our Entrée, Meal, or Dessert. A slight problem with the Spouse's food that was quickly made right to her satisfaction. And the Lavacake was outstanding as usual.
