When I got got to the speaker to order it ask me if I was using the McDonald's app. I said no and then I said there while 3 cars in the other line ordered and pulled forward. No one ask me for my order so I finally left and went across the street to Jack in the box

When placing my order the employees acted like it was an inconvenience, after getting my food and starting to eat it I realized that it wasn’t cooked all the way I am very disappointed because I have never been treated this way by them and will no longer be going to them

Completely incapable of properly packaging a door dash order that includes a Happy Meal. This has happened at least 5 times, causing me to write a review. Utterly incapable of packaging an order, just an attempt at stealing from the customer. Mcdonalds used to be great.

My son has been given four different appointments by management at this location for a job interview. He has been stood up four times..I told him enough is enough, those are not the type of unprofessional people he would want to work for anyway

We arrived at 11:40pm. The website says it closed at 12am. We waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with no answer. We pulled to the window and still no answer. I called and the lady said that they were closed already. She was very rude about it and I am not happy at all. Horrible customer service.

I rather go to jack in the box or Taco Bell or Burger King went here tonight and got 3 diubke cheese burgers and all of them were cold McDonald’s has gone down hill fast seems to have new employees every time going there…..
