It's pizza hut, it was cheaper to order on line then in store. Deals are good, pan pizza is good. Like that I cam order when I leave work and pick it up on my way

I order delivery to my home. So Atmosphere is I guess 3 of 5? Never been there. I used to order Dominos, but due to the management, of the Fernley store, my pizzas were delivered an average of 90 min and COLD, and many times my order was wrong. Pizza Hut in Fernley, I get my order usually within the hour (30 min or less) The pizza is HOT, and order is correct. Yes you do pay a bit more than Dominos, but your service and quality are much better. No Noid at Pizza Hut, only at Dominos.

Boy they sure aren't like they use to be. Good pizza lots of toppings. Delivered nice and hot. They have gone way to corporate. Barely any toppings pizza needs to be cooked longer. Way to expensive for the not so great pizza hut anymore. Get to us in time where pizza is hot. Store is 5 mins from my house. No reason it can't be hot. Delivery fee. Yeah. Your drivers don't get as much as they should because pizza hut wants to make more off their employees. Pizza places are not what they use to be. I'll tell ya. 76 on main St. Their pizza is bomb. I mean real real good. I'll probably be going there from now on. Pizza hut quality is in the toilet. What you get for what you pay is just not worth it. Ty

first of all, when i walked in , the floors were dirty, the tables were dirty and the bathroom, it was horrific, so dirty like it had never been clean before. although the service took a little long as i suspected for just a personal pan pizza even though i am the only one here. they were nice, although when i walked in we had to wait about 3 min just for them to start ordering me even thought i was the only one here at the time. but the pizza was very good. it was perfectly cooked. delicious. honestly, 3 1/2.

Received great customer service from a carry out order I placed over the phone. Clerk behind the counter was friendly, and attentive to me when I picked up my order. I asked for an additional marinara sauce which I offered to pay for it and he graciously gave me an additional sauce at no charge. Food was hot and delicious!

Always friendly, efficient service. Great pizza. Great prices. Curbside service available. Recent renovations closed off access to go inside, yet the pizza hut team remained open for business recieved orders by phone, txt and online,they walked out to your vehicle handled the transactions without skipping a beat. Excellent service.

It's a pizza hut. I mean, food wise, it's fine. Service was not fast but not too slow. Staff is friendly and attentive. It's one of the better pizza huts out there

Not happy at all, ordered the New York double pepperoni and made the mistake by thinking that there would be a good amount of Pepperoni. Not in my case, the manager "Jeff" said that only means you get two kinds of pepperoni, doesn't mean you'll be receiving anything extra. I must say I was disappointed, it looked like a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of pepperoni, two or three pieces per slice, but Jeff defended their Constuction of that pie, told me to call Door dash with my concerns, usually I order direct from them but made a mistake and went through door dash, and when I order direct from them I always tip 20% or better in cash when the driver shows up, thinking this means something, guess not. I was thinking that by speaking to the manager would net some good results, but no Jeff stood his ground. Plenty of bad reviews on this pisas place. I won't continue ordering Pizza Hut Fernley any more, Jeff you won! Two stars because I ate most of it but I was pissed off thinking this sucks. Did you know the 76 station in Fernley has a way better pizza and customer service as well?
