I can't say anything about food since the two times I have been to this location I have yet to get food. The first time, they had the entire store shut down right after lunch because "WE ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND EVERYONE IS AT LUNCH." A first for me. Today at lunch, they shorted me a burger at the drive through. Since the lobby is closed for remodelling and they do not answer their phone, i was forced to go through the extremely slow drive through again. Since everything was getting cold, it was snowing, I asked for the order to be redone so we could have a hot meal. Remember, this was their error, not mine. They refused and said I would only get the burger they forgot to put in the bag...once I got through line. I asked for a refund which they did...yes I gave them the food.Summary: gone twice and have never actually gotten a meal...there will not be a third.

I have been to so many Burgur kings before but Charlie has made this experience wholesome. We were among the last few customers and they way she welcomed us was heart warming. The food made my elvin (i hope i am writing his name correctly) was as good as the service. This Can't get any better.Highly recommend this place and kudos to the smiling and happy management.

Rude ass people. Full on tweaker's working there. We made the order a hour before closing we came in before closing as well and they said sorry we are closing as they have my money as well as my food. And they would not give me a refund would not give me my food. The person working at the drive through was a disrespectful person. All she did was sit there tweaking not even able to get a full sentence of out of her mouth. The manger was a nice and understanding person tho!

Countless times they’ve messed up our orders. They don’t answer their phone when you call and there is a full mailbox so you can’t leave a message. Hands down, the worse service and quality control in town.

Update. Still no improvement with this location. Came in drive through for an online order and this location almost forgot an item. Be aware to always check your bag and order when visiting this location. Good 90% of the time the employees forget an item and you must always check your bag because these employees will forget every time.

Showed up at 7pm on a Friday. They had the drive thru blocked with cones and the doors locked. Talked to the "head" guy and he said they were on a "mandatory break". All of the employees were standing at the back door smoking pot and laughing. Ended up having to go to KFC to get my 6 year old something to eat on our long drive home. This is a new low for fast food joints

this gardnerville burger king improved. customer service is prompt and friendly i enjoy the whopper juniors with bacon and cheese everything is fresh the burger meat the sesame seed bun, onion lettuce tomato big pieces of bacon & cheese

Went through the drive thru for a two for $5 breakfast sandwich. Drive next door to the auto store and realized I only got one. The drive thru cashier told me a was a lier and walked away. Will never go to this store again.

I usually have much higher marks for burger king. They are not all perfect but they are usually what I expect. What I don't expect is to be completely ignored to where I have to leave. There was an employee in the lobby when I arrived and clearly saw me. Then while staning in front of the register there were at least 3 employees in the back all talking to each other and I was able to make eye contact with at least one of them. No hold on I will be right there, no greeting, and worst of all no one even came to the front and I had to leave without ordering. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Jack in the box is right across the road and maybe if you go there you will have someone help you.

I was called an a****** from a person who wasn't in work clothes followed by an male employee smoking a vape in the kitchen. I was told I'm trespassing on the premises when I went through the drive through and placed my order in front of my kids and treated with such disrespect . The supposed supervisor who was the one smoking the vape in the kitchen told me to leave without giving me a refund or receipt for my order. He then gave me the number to an ex employee who was once employed there and gave me more information than the current employees there. I will never give my business to this company again.

I've had some bad fast food experiences in the past, but this place is one of the worst. Twenty minutes+ to get my food. Had to wait for the girl working the window to finish texting before she helped me. Got the order and it was wrong. Decided just to eat what they gave me, but it was also cold. Terrible experience across the board.

Went inside to order food. I was the only person in line behind the current person ordering and I was turned away from ordering food and was told they were closing the lobby. All of the other employees had asked if they could take my order being the last person in line, and they were instructed not to take my order due to some manager. Worst experience I've had in a long time at a fast food restaurant. Don't even get how they're open.
