I ordered $130 worth of food for delivery. They forgot my $30 in wing and my caramel for my desert ?

This used to be my favorite pizza. Over the past year, the service has gone downhill. When I go in, the restaurant is dirty. I ordered a pizza to go, and when I got home, I realized it only had toppings on 3/4 of the pizza. Other times, the pizzas just don't have that Round Table flavor that I have loved so much. Tonight, I called to order and was immediately put on hold. I waited on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up and called back because I thought they had forgotten about me. The woman who answered said it was going to be a minute and put me on hold again. I sat on hold and hung up after 3 minutes. The customer service is poor at best. I called what is becoming my new favorite pizza, and I had my pizza in hand within 25 minutes, and it was a great pizza. I don't typically leave reviews, but since the service at this Round Table has been going downhill consistently for so long, I felt I needed to say something in hopes the company could step in and make some much needed changes.

We went there a few weeks ago and received excellent service and great food! However, tonight we went there and when we went to pick up our order it didn't even look like a pizza. It was so burnt that the burn smell lingered for a few minutes after we closed the box. All the toppings had did to one side as if they had dropped it and there were slices of pizza that were displaced. I told the lady that cooked it that this was uneatable. She just looked at me and said, "what? You want. Me to make it again?" Of course I said yes! I can't serve this to my family. She was very rude and unapologetic. The second pizza turns out the way it should but still no apology

Tim makes a great pizza and his service to customers is fantastic! The salad bar was clean and fresh and had a good variety to choose from. My husband and I always stop at this Round Table Pizza shop. Thanks again Tim for your impeccable service!!!! Fred and Eileen

Round table is steadily going downhill. Just had a large pizza three days ago and ate in the facility. I hadn't been there in about 6 months and the front door is still broken. It seems to linger open no matter how many times someone goes through it and let's the flies come in to enjoy the pizza with you as you eat. I don't remember ordering flies as a topping. The music is way too loud to have a conversation even in the middle of the afternoon when I was there. The area around the drinks was not kept up. Overall, the dining area was not clean. It will be a long time before I come back.Parking: Parking lot and sidewalk outside the building is also unkept
Jacob King the day manager was great we made a mistake on out order and he fixed it!! The pizza, breadsticks and salad were delicious! The salad bar was fresh, great variety and clean! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: My mom loved her gluten free pizza!! My dad loves his personal no cheese veggie pizza!Parking: Nice area!

Pizza was good. Nice experience. We were the only ones there so that was nice. Service was very attentive. Our biggest complaint is the kids couldn't play any of the games because most of them didn't work. Other than that no complaints. Typical round table food. .

The beach was great, but they screwed up my order. I ordered an extra large and a medium Pizza. I received two medium pizzas. When I asked how long to fix the problem they said I'd have to wait through all the orders and it would take 45 minutes. There was zero attempt to try to remedy the problem.

I really like the pizza and I love their Buffalo hot wings and their ranch. The frustrating thing is they always forget my ranch. I always get extra since I like it some much but I never get them and I almost rarely get the ones that I'm supposed to get with the wings. I've called them to complain about it to them since that they forgot my ranch and got my wings wrong that time. I was hoping since a customer has complained about it they'll be more aware of it but nothing has changed. I still don't get my ranch.
