Just your average Auntie Anne's! My favorite combo is salted pretzel nuggets with the sweet glaze dip. It is so good! It's both sweet and savory. Seating is available in the mall food court. Service was typical and what you could expect.
The service here was mediocre. Majority of the items I wanted were out of stock. Some of the pretzels were kind of hard but still acceptable to eat. For the amount of money I spent here for pretzels I expect better.

Cruising the mall and craving a pretzel. I usually go for Wetzel's Pretzels but saw Auntie Anne and thought "Let's give it a try." Worst.Pretzel.Ever. Besides being super-thin, it was over baked and dry. No flavor I could detect besides being super salty. I lathered it with mustard to help choke it down. This is a one and done for me. They also don't have any sugar-free drink options besides water. Meh..meh..meh.
