Our server Oscar made us the best ice cream today the scoops were perfect 10/10 service he was super nice and polite and he was so nice to the baby we had a pleasant time we'll definitely be back it was delicious ?

The people that work there are very condescending and rude especially nick. He talked to customers like they were stupid. I heard him talk to an employee who seemed like he was new like shit. He was very demanding to the kid. I wouldn't want to work for a company who treats employees like that. Do better! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Got a FREE Birthday scoop via the BR app. I decided to get it for my son who LOVES cookies & cream. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the store was clean. Sorry I didn't get a pic of his scoop folks, my son was halfway through it by the time I scanned the barcode on my phone and walked to the door. Thanks for the FREE Birthday Treat Baskin Robbins! Even though I didn't eat it myself, it was a treat for me to see my son happy eating it. Highly Recommended!

I went Ro the establishment and I had a great experience with the two young ladies Morgan and Kaylie. They greeted me with a nice smile and hello. They gave me all the time I needed to try different samples elven though there were a line of customers. These two young ladies are going places if they keep up this great customer service. I would definitely revisit this establishment. The chocolate chip ice cream is the absolute best

I forgot to leave a review last month.A week before Christmas I had some family coming over to my place for a small Christmas dinner. I had a coupon for $5 off on an ice cream cake. I was not about to let that one expire. So my plan was to buy a blank cake that was mostly white and take it home and put a green frosting Christmas tree on it myself. Naturally I was looking for the chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream, by far the most superior combination of Baskin Robins cake options. Unfortunately there was a problem. They had a variety of sizes and cakes, but the only choco/choco-chip cakes were already pink or yellow or some thing that was not Christmasy at all. They did have some fairly plain white cakes that would have worked, but they were all some other inferior cake option. (not choco/choco-chip) :( There were 2 people working at the time. The young guy, to his credit, was trying his best to help me out. He went in the back to see if they had any others, he helped me look through all their options. But it was clear that I was striking out. THEN the slightly older lady working there that had not said anything up to this point got up and walked over. The only way I can describe this is to say that if this Baskin Robins was Ice Cubes barber shop from the movie Barber Shop, this awesome lady was the Cedric the Entertainer of the shop!!! She double checked the situation with me. I explained that I what I was planning to do with the cake. She then walked into the back, grabbed a fresh undecorated cake and added all the decorative frosting and a CUSTOM Christmas Tree on it in like 2 minutes!!! I told her I couldn't believe it. I said that I knew they could do SOME custom cake decorations but I had no idea that they could do them so fast. To which she replied (like a BOSS) "Well a lot of these young kids cant, but I CAN".Needless to say, I will be back.

I went to the store mid December to see the cakes and get a scoop of ice cream. Michelle was nice. The store was dirty though. The ice cream freezers were rusting and had stuff dripped all over the front. Michelle also scooped my ice cream without gloves. The ice cream tasted great but the store was a mess. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of Michelle’s pleasant attitude.

My neighbors had a 51 year anniversary. I wanted to get them something nice I stopped at Baskin Robbins at 4860 S. Eastern Ave. bought them ice cream and ice cream cake I dealt with a young lady name DORI She was absolutely a delight I'm sure all the people there are wonderful but she was exceptionable. She was pleasant and made my entire experience. Absolutely wonderful, I only wish I could deal with people like this. In all the places I go she would be an asset to any company she work for and I said she is an absolute delight. I highly recommend going to this Baskin-Robbins and hopefully you'll deal with DORI she is off on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Went in for one of those ice cream pizza. Price online "says about $21" and the price written on the actual item was $19.99. Tell me why the Girl charged me over $40! I question the price difference. The Girl's response "I don't know, I just work here" LOL I recommend driving over to DQ

We were greeted immediately upon walking in the store. The employee was helping other customers and said he'd be right with us. He was very friendly and joking around with the people he was helping. I thought maybe he knew them but then he treated us the same. Even though it was my first time there he made me feel like a regular. We ate in the store and I noticed exceptional customer service when a couple people came in for pre-ordered cakes. The same employee, Nick, checked to make sure everything was spelled right and the cake met their expectations. I was pleased with my visit. We'll be back!

#1 ice cream cakes in the Las Vegas area ! Not only are the cakes delicious but the customer services is even better. Thanks to a very nice guy that works there named Nick I was able to make it to my sons birthday party in time after picking up the cake there my battery died and Nick was very helpful and jumped my battery. I am very grateful and full from this delicious ice cream cake . We will be returning for every birthday here on out.
