I wanted ice cream after having dinner at the nearby oyster bar, so I found Baskin-Robbins, which is located inside the GVR food court. This particular Baskin-Robbins shares a space with Auntie Anne's, or as my boyfriend calls them, the airport pretzel place. It's been such a long time since I've stepped inside of a Baskin-Robbins, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we got there, there was one extra thing that I wanted that I saw on their menu that caught my attention - their cappuccino blast. I got that in a medium, along with a single scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in a small cup. My boyfriend got two scoops of strawberry ice cream in a cup that was slightly bigger than mine. He originally wanted ice cream in a waffle cone but later changed his mind.Everything here was so good and the service was friendly and prompt! The cappuccino blast was the star of the night...this thing really hit the spot, though I try my best not to have any caffeine at night. I think I want to come back here when I visit GVR just for this specific drink, that is if it sticks around. It was just THAT good.

I was there today (08/30/2023) with my wife, she got a sugar cone with one scoop. Suddenly the paper attached to the sugar cone has too glued. So she asked for another cone. The answer of the female clerk was "NO". The cone is about 20.cent according to them. Ok I will pay for one my wife said, the employee said " No, I give you a little paper container which is more expensive. No necessary to be rude after asking for a sugar cone. Anyway be prepared for a little rude treatment. Not recommend it.

Located inside Green Valley Casino, this spot shares the space with Auntie Anne's pretzel. I was bored and wanted to grab an ice cream and haven't been to Baskin Robbins in years. They have a decent selection of flavors like the classic chocolate chip and mint, rainbow sorbet and cookies and cream. Some unique flavors that caught my eye was Beach Day which was a blue vanilla with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, salted caramel, and glitter candy things. It was actually really good and not too funky. I could see the beach day influences like the pretty blue, sweet and salty vibes and the candy bits was like seashell I guess? I asked for some cherries because why not? Also asked for a scoop of my favorite flavor Cookies and Cream and had it all jn a waffle cup. Now it's like a boardwalk day. Yum! It was pretty affordable too, so that's nice. The service was friendly and didn't rush me while I was looking around. He even suggested a fun creation which had cups with a picture of like an alien or dinosaur and the make the ice cream in those. Kids would like them for sure. He was fast and made sure the scoops didn't fall over. I was surprised he was so careful. Kudos for caring. Of your by the food court in Green Valley, I would stop by and get a scoop in a cone , waffle cup or cup. Do it for old time sakes and just for the nostalgia. Put a cherry on top too!

Great dessert choice after dinner. Today they had a freezer breakdown but still had some satisfying choices.

Love their Polar Pizzas! Great for kids birthday parties! You can customize the flavor of ice cream and also the crust!

Baskin Robbins never fails us! It's reasonable priced for ice cream, shakes, sundaes & coffee treats! The customer service is good & the sweet treats even better! It's usually quiet at this location & we like to sit at the bar or outside on the patio when the weather permits. My favorite is Daiquiri Ice! It's a low calorie lime sherbet!

Great speedy service! Worker Jason was very friendly and exhibited high quality service. Place was very clean and freshly stocked. Made the end of our restaurant and casino visit a bit more special. Thanks Jason and BR evening team.

I went to the Baskin Robbins at GVR last night and ordered a 2 scoop Sunday. The guy scooped up 2 half scoops snd put them in the cup. I called him on it and told him those were only half scoops. He said on sundays they only do half scoops because they need room for the whip cream, hot fudge and nuts. That's the biggest bunch of BS I have ever heard!!! I paid $5.29 for 2 half scoops in a cup with whipped cream. I could have bought a cone with 2 full scoops for half the price. NOT GOING THERE AGAIN.

I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. I drove 30 minutes to get ice cream from this establishment. When we approached the counter, we were told that they would not serve us because they were short staffed. There was no one in line and two people behind the counter. There was four people in our party. We arrived an hour before they closed. The young kid behind the counter tells us we will not be served because they are "short staffed". Irritated, we told him we drove there for nothing. Then the manager who was standing there watching sent a hotel guest to chase us down and tell us they would serve us. It was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. We ended up going to Ben and Jerry's down the street and loved it. Absolutely terrible service. Will not visit again.

Don't go here. They refused service to us at 9 when they close at 10- there wasn't anyone even in the line..

U need to train your employees better. New girl gave me 2 tiny scoops for regular price. Had to tell her that’s wrong scoop. Also ordered another double scoop to go and and it totaled about one scoop again. Do we not have common sense or what. Train your employees.

We used to come to GVR a lot before the pandemic and after dinner, Baskin-Robbins was our go to dessert spot. We still go every so often now and Baskin-Robbins is still our go to dessert spot. I've been coming to this location for quite some time (YEARS) because I feel like it's the only one I ever really see around. When I was a kid, I felt like there was a BR everywhere but nowadays, I don't know if this is the case. I like this location because it's clean, the ice cream is never icy or weird (like when they don't hold the temperature right and it melts, then re-freezes and it's gross but some places still serve that. YUCK!) Also, the workers are mostly really friendly, and very generous with their scoops. I appreciate that very much!
