I liked this place, but it started going a little downhill. When I went last week the place was dark and cleared out. I checked the other locations online and they are all temporarily or permanently closed.

Gosh. I have to be honest, but this was a BAD experience. First we came and the TV menus were off. We asked if they were open and they said yes but we had to use the to go pamphlets to see the menu. Then, the one and only worker there, who mentioned she was new, got locked out of the register. She forgot her PIN number and had to call someone. Meanwhile, the 3 other parties were behind us left. While the cashier waited for a call back to get the register open, she got our food ready. All we ordered was the family meal. Eventually, she finally got on the register and was able to ring us up. When we got to the car we noticed we were missing the quinoa salad and the garlic sauce. Apparently the cashier ran out of garlic sauce, which is fine but let us know! Lastly, our quinoa salad didn't have any quinoa at all! We asked her about it since it looked just like a house salad and explained that quinoa is a grain, but she corrected us saying we were mistaken. Anyways, it's TINY in portion. Not sure how this feeds 4... Overall, I think management needs to do better! This person was the ONLY person working during lunch time hours. And yes, she did the best she could with what she was given. Management should have prepared her for register issues and train her to be more familiarized with the menu.

Never again. Thrown together like military mess hall slop In a Styrofoam container. Also don't dine I'm. They don't offer fountain drinks because of covid lol. But don't wear face coverings. I won't be back. Looked like a abandoned restaurant inside. Get back to life people you'll be ok

Ordered through Uber eats and had shawarma plate and the half chicken Plate, it was gross. The schwarna was dry and lacked texture, that it literally tasted like beef jerky. The half chicken was super dry and not juicy. The only thing that salvaged this meal was the garlic sauce and hummus. The meats were beyond horrible, one of the worst Mediterranean places I've ever eaten. I totally regret it and will never come back.

In general Bok Bok is awesome, but this location is a major fail. Lights out everywhere, fountain drinks don't work, place is empty. Try Bok Bok- just not this location!

This took forever. Only one person work during lunch. At least 20 minutes to get a basic order with no one in front of us. Will never come back here. Waste of time

The place was empty I was in a hurry I should've known better. I know when a place has zero customers something has to be wrong. I tried the beef Shawarma because I've never had shawarma before. Two hours after I ate the Shawarma I had diarrhea all day. I had to take two Imodium A.D.'s just to slow it down. My saliva glands in my throat are swollen. Needless to say I will never eat there ever again.

Salad was soggy, and had Crisps in it which was soggy too. some of the food clearly had been sitting there. Tasted gross. Worst Mediterranean food I've had since moving to Nevada.
Will NEVER order from here again!! Just got my order and the chicken is totally burnt on both of our orders. The fact they could put this in a to-go package and serve it to a customer is absolutely appalling. How can anyone serve this to a guest??! When we tried calling, no one answers the phone. Do yourself a favor Bok Bok and close your doors. You clearly have no idea on how to run a restaurant. You should be ashamed.

We enjoyed the BokBok near Town Center but we were in Henderson, so we thought we would give the Henderson location a try.They did not have any beef, no sandwiches, just chicken.We left. Very disappointed we had driven out of our way to eat at BokBok.

Ordered the half chicken plate. Hummus was good, salad was good, but had 2 long hairs on the chicken. Wish the staff was more careful.

Good good good chicken. Bit pricey but excellent flavor - even better than Costco rotisserie chicken. Sides are good, could have more choices. People are nice.

It’s just not very good. Flavorless chicken, the pita’s were stale and the fries were clearly old. Very disappointed
