I love this location! My pickup order had a slight issue, and the young lady at the counter went above and beyond to make it right. The food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come again :)

Ordered take out through app was missing one fry the cheese curd burger had no cheese curds also ordered wings and 2 pieces were raw and rubbery and last of all the appetizer we got fried pickles and there was only like 7 pickles in there! Pretty disappointed in service there been going there for years seems to have gone down hill lately! Called in and they stated they will comp the food for me next time only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1!

Don’t waste your time or money. Over priced Chicken. I ordered the Chicken Strips. There were 3 very small looked like potato wedges for $12.00. No fries, no drink, just a ripoff. Thanks for nothing.

Update: this place has fallen apart on service. Last 2 times the worst. Will never come back again. This time they forgot to input order but didnt realize it until we sat there for 30 minutes. Then brought one order so the rest of the family, that has already waited 30 minutes, could watch the one person eat while they waited.. to add to that, that one item they did bring was wrong anyways, and they said they would have to remake again as well. Server did his best to rectify while manager hid in the back.

So I've been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for quite some time now and as I was leaving one day I witnessed a manager throwing a rat outside front inside the kitchen and when I came back the next week it was in the same place he left it! Unbelievable you guys watch out that place should be shut down.

Have eaten here 4 times. Service has been bad every time but tonight we waited approximately an hour for our food. Had to sneak my own refills. Was also seated by a loud drunk gentleman who used every cussword available for the entire meal in full view of my 3 and 10 year old daughters. I think this was my last time here. Very frustrating.

Our waitress tried to cover her bad customer service by calling us my Love /Loves took forever to come check on us forgot our beer when we tried to order water she completely ignored our table we had to ask the host for waters and we tried for 15 minutes to get her attention to get our check at one point her coworker was clearing a booth and she was just chilling talking to her wile we tried flagging her down she didn’t even have her name gave on i didn’t get her name till I got the check . This place has no wait because the service is horrible. (Sarah was her name)

Absolutely the worst service . Most inattentive server . Our appetizer platter came out 20 minutes after our entree ... we weren't even hungry for them at that point . By the time they remembered to bring out my daughter's dipping sauce for her tenders , the tenders were cold . 20 minutes just to get our check . We will never come back !
