I love breakfast at Burger King, and the food is always predictable. I am writing a review this time because the young lady who helped me at the drive-through was really great. She made me laugh and put a smile on my face and helped set up my morning to be great. Good service seems to be hard to find these days and I was really glad to find it this morning

Encountered a very rude drive through worker. Wait time is ridiculous in line for 30 minutes + with only three cars in-front. Skipping this location not worth their service at all.

The cook is great. Thereto if these folks are horrible. This Kat girl I heard yelling at her employee for not doing her job. I only know that because he said I didn't know, I am not the manager that was a manager duty. Is this how BK let's their managers talk to employees. Crazy. Poor kid just walk through the door she was already down his throat terrible. I gave the food5 stars because Alex the cook was the best

I sat stuck in the drive thru for twenty minutes BEFORE I even got the chance to order my food! Then waited another ten minutes to get my food. Whoever is running this place should be fired, there’s no reasonable explanation to overwork employees like this, every time I go there they are understaffed and understandably overwhelmed. I feel so terrible for the employees here. Get them some freaking help!!!!

I went in to order, was told it is mandatory to order from the kiosk. I left without ordering. I do not use kiosk or self check outs because kiosks/self check put humans out of work. I guess I don’t eat at Burger King anymore.

I went there in the evening. So this is not directed toward the morning shift. I will never, ever eat there again. Waited almost 30 minutes just to be handed someone else's meal. My burger was ordered without mayo and mustard. That shouldn't be that difficult. And this is not the first time my order has been incorrect. Thanks but no thanks, you guys suck!

Ordered on screen which was new to me at a burger king. Food was not made as desired. What sucked is we got it to go so didn't find out till home. Lady was friendly helped out with the order screen, but the food was made carelessly. No pickles extra bacon.

I’m here at this location as we speak. Waited for Nina to take our order for maybe couple of minutes. We seen the kiosk at the register so we figured we use it. Long story short, we didn’t see our order on the Order Screen so we got a little worried. The person who ordered after us on the kiosk behind us received her food before us as too! So that flagged me to get Nina’s attention. When I did get her attention she wasn’t too happy I stopped her from doing what she was doing. THEN she says they didn’t receive our order, it was just sitting in the Que waiting to be picked up. We waited over 6 minutes for NOTHING. THEN….. she says it’s going to be awhile because we order LUNCH ITEMS. Regardless if we order lunch or not, we shouldn’t have to be waiting this amount of time. Especially if there’s not one in the drive through or dinning room. Nina then said, she’s the only one working in the morning. Well, that sounds like a MANAGEMENT problem not a CUSTOMER problem. I hate to be a Karen this early in the morning but this is VERY UNACCEPTABLE! If I was a secret shopper, BK12775 would FAIL!

Food is decent. Wanted to ahout out the staff other night when the grill went down and they couldnt cook anymore regular burgers and also couldnt refund my app order. They made me anything i wanted with what they could make to try to make up for it. Took a bit but everything was how i asked for it. Great customer

Been waiting in drive thru over 15 min. When we saw employees exit back door and started to smoke, yet once we got the smell... it was not cigarrettes it was WEED/CANABIS. Funny omce they saw us see them the line started to move forward.Wow! CorpGetting a call.
