Gianna this lady manager forced me to show the screen of my phone to her eyes instead of mentioning my name only to her in order to get my order in my hands. It all took 30 minutes to do all of that. Since I go to every Cafe Zupas in town and nobody asks me to see the screen of my phone. I found out that Gianna was playing a racial profile with me and being prejudice and also discriminating me. Because I observed that the other clients she and her co-workers were not asking to see the screen of their phones.in order to give their take out orders into their hands. I have being into this location several times, Gianna still discriminated when I asked her if I could write it down the order number in a piece of paper.and Gianna said no, that I would have to show really the screen of my phone to her eyes to see it. I find that an absurd have to open my phone with the battery 0 % per cent and show that to her eyes. Now I ask the owner why Gianna only asks to me to see the screen of my phone, when by the same token, the other customers were arriving and Gianna never asked them to see the order numbers on their respective screens. Gianna is prejudice and racist and discriminative manager personel. I want a compensation from the corporates for Gianna being rude and disespectful to me.

Paton is excellent in her maners with customers and she had me impressed by the putting of my two receipts of my two orders. in my bag.. When I saw for the first time my beloved receipts in my hands friendly put on my bag, I almost fainted seeing the best employee of Cafe Zupas performing an excellent job better than all the other ones that I have encountered throughout all the other locations of the Cafe Zupas corporation. Therefore Paton is ready to enjoy management procedures and work side by side with the vietnamese Jessica instructing other employees on how to put the receipts along their respective orders in their bags.
