The food here was hit and miss, but what really made our night was the staff! We walked in and it took a minute for my kids and I to decide what we were getting, so we let a few other people go ahead of us. As we contemplated, we could already hear the staff helping the other customers. I couldn't help but notice how upbeat and happy they seemed. A woman in front of me asked about the new street corn, and the person behind the counter jumped at the opportunity to offer her a sample. When we it was our turn, my youngest daughter ordered nachos, and immediately the staff burst out into song, "nacho, nacho man, I want to be a nacho man." The kids loved every second of it, and so did I. I tried the pollo asada and thought it was pretty good. Not restaurant quality, but it's what to be expected going to a quick place to eat. My youngest said her steak was dry but still ate every last bit of it. My oldest got a regular beef buritto and really enjoyed it. Then, as we were packing our leftovers up getting ready to go, an older lady that worked there greeted us a second time.... the first time was singing the nacho song to us as she walked by, but this time to bring us a bag and help take our trays. Overall, I'd definitely go back to this location just for the smiles and wonderful service.
Messy burrito with it sitting in all the juices from the meat it was soggy and evergell out of it.Got double charged for a drink I asked for one .very expensive 1st and last time.

Today it was Friday night packed. Gave an updated review because I tried a new menu item. Enchiladas with chicken Asado. I choose corn tortillas. I would advise sticking with flour because of the moisture content. They make them fresh right before your very eyes ? while you are waiting in this very long line. However, they are very efficient and the lady who was running the show was: teaching a trainee, checking 50’s and 100’s for counterfeits and calling out orders and appeared to be in management, but running the food service line. Go figure that one out. It appeared to all be working Bertha long line kept moving pretty quickly.The new offering (see advertisement) chicken Asado was not too good. Some pieces were dry, hard and down right burnt . Considering that you can already get grilled and shredded chicken-I was hoping for a seasoned chicken flavor to really POP. I welcome you to try it but I do not recommend this. Plus, tonight they were clean out of guacamole ?. Sad ?!
Ordered online to avoid the line. Was disappointed when I got there and they informed me that one item was not made due to unavailability. No worries I asked them to just make it with a different meat option that was available. All I asked was to credit my account back for the extra price I paid for the other meat, Salmon which costs extra or to just throw in a couple of extra house dressings instead. They said no worries but it may take 20 minutes because of the line. I look at the line, 3 people. So I waited and more people walked in and I waited, and more people and I waited. Then they offered me a drink for waiting. That's nice I thought. And I waited. They served every person who walked in after me right away, about 10 persons. I was getting frustrated, all they needed to do was make a tostada with pork instead of Salmon. After the line was gone my order finally came, completely remade fresh. Not just the tostada but my ENTIRE order. They remade the entire order to be ready hot and fresh. Wow. They threw in not just a few extra house dressings but extra salsa fresco and pico de gayo. Wow. I was not expecting that either. Thanks Cafe Rio for having great staff.

I've been trying to place a pick-up order for an hour! That website made me change my PW. Then, it tells me I've had too many tries, when I had ONE try! It also will not let me remove, or revise items in my cart! MAJORLY frustrating just to try to order dinner!
