Great little sandwich shop out in Nevada. I had the Bobbie sandwich which is like Thanksgiving on a bun. Totally delicious. Turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, bread. This shop was recommended by a friend who used to live in Nevada and it was a good recommendation. This was our second stop at a capriotti’s and it’s been tasty both times. The bread is soft and delicious. Lots of menu choices. Last time I had the meatball sandwich.

I came in today at approximately 4 53 pm. I walked in Michaela looks at me, no smile, no greeting and just says ordering or picking up. I told her ordering. She just stares at me. Never asks me what I would like? What am I having tonight? Nothing, no greeting, no smile just stares at me like she's majorly inconvenienced. It was a very strange and unwelcoming experience. Your in a customer service position act like it. SMH. Weird, won't be back.

I come to this location all the time and always receive great service. I order online and they always make sure my order is ready by the time I get there. Always willing to go above and beyond to make each sandwich perfect. I will continue to get all my sandwiches from this location!

This sandwich shop has vegan options. If you don't mind plant based meat and just veggies on your sandwich, the sandwich is on point. The bread holds the sandwich well. The plant base meat is tasty. I usually get a cold deli sandwich, which always satisfy that deli hunger as a vegan. I usually get it to go since the place doesn't really look like a sit down place. From my experience, y the service is hit or miss at this location. However, when you get an awesome service, then it makes the experience better. I am glad that they give vegan options.

Had to wait 20 minutes when it was just me for a turkey Cole sandwich ? then didn't listen my special request for my sandwich. Another 10 minutes. Service sucks here week after week. The women can't multi-task.

Last three times I got the bobby and no trace of white meat turkey on my sandwich. It used to be a blend of dark and white meat. Now it appears the only turkey they have is dar meat and I don't like dark meat.

Take a look through yelp all of these franchises get the worst reviews ever I guess they don't care who buys the franchise they certainly don't think customers are worth anything. They treat them poorly call them liars and act like we're doing them a favor by ordering from them so do yourself a favor and just skip all capriotti franchisees

Sandwiches are fantastic. The service is awesome and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location. Always clean. I've also ordered their party boxes, and they are carefully put together and very appealing. Best Sandwich shop in my humblest opinion.

They deliver threw a third party entity. Ive waited over an hour for a sandwich! At which time I proceeded to call them a young woman answered and was very rude and told me idk what to tell you, you have to contact the delivery company, which i would if i knew anything about who this company was or the name of the driver or any relevant information. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told she was in a meeting as i can clearly hear her talking to the young lady.i ordered threw the capriottis app not threw the third party so i have no way to find out who or even which company was supposed to deliver. They did not help me out in any way and i feel severely disrespected. I suggest noone try their delivery process because they clearly dont know how things work. Very disappointed i go to capriottis all over the vegas area and never been treated this poorly. In the end i have to wait seven days to recieve my refund :/ horrible service!

As much as I love Capriotti's, the quality is really lacking of late! I asked for a simple ham and cheese with mayonnaise and tomatoes. I got a bread sandwich; minimal ham and cheese, no mayonnaise or tomatoes. This is the second time that they made such a poor sandwich. If I felt better, I would have had them remake it. I do not plan to return to this location.

Service was a little slow. The one girl was training, so I was expecting it. The food was OK. Seating could be better.

Tried to place an order through Uber eats and made an error on the order. App wouldn't let me edit the order so I tried calling the store. After spending twenty plus minutes trying to get a hold of the store I finally decide to cancel my order and reorder. But it has no been so long that Uber will not let me have a refund for the first order, claiming it is my mistake. But YOU DIDNT ANSWER YOUR OHONES FOR TWENTY MINUTES. SO YOURE OPEN ENOUGH TO ACCEPT THE ORDER FROM UBER BUT YOU COULDNT BE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONES FOR A CUSTOMER??? So now I don't have the sandwich I wanted to order but I had to pay for it plus pay an Uber fee and Uber says THE RESTAURANT WILL NOT REFUND IT. So I'm hoping you're have some measure of human decency and will assist me since Uber doesn't want to.
