Service was great, store was clean but the Wagu french dip has returned to stay, it should leave... Horrible sandwich. Tasted like a salt bomb made from beef jerky. $25 and we threw it in the trash. If you are going to raise your rates I get it. Put something on your menu like this and charge that much makes no sense.

Employees are very friendly and welcoming.Take out is recommended for this location, because dining area is very small- only few tables.Our favorite is: “chicken cheese steak “and it is so delicious that we keep coming back over and over again. Yummy!Their sub sandwiches are flavorful, made with award-winning traditional recipes, and fresh ingredients. Disgruntled customer tried to fight me in the store, swearing, cussing, almost hitting me, I'm a female he's an older male, staff including a manager just stood there and watched it, absolutely nothing done, didn't try to deescalate, didn't attempt to make their customers feel safe. Just watched and did nothing even when male followed me outside. I will never step foot in a Capriottis again.

For some reason the powers that be took away the free grilled cheese that you get for ordering any large sammy. Why are we punished for the big wigs not being able to keep tabs on who's getting free Sammy's. Oh well the sandwiches are still amazing.
