I have been a die-hard delivery patron to this location for almost a decade now, but for some reason the app was over-loaded tonight. I was having a (female) night and I just didn’t want anything else so I came in to place an order to go. I expected it to be busy, but there were only two people ahead of me in line placing to go orders, and the dining area had one seated table with two ladies well into their meal.I didn’t need to see a menu before placing my order since I’d already tried multiple times online. When I approached the cash register the lady asked me the name for the order, but I said needed to place an order, she asked me the name again, I began to order instead since that might get a better interpretation. Success! After a few repetitions we got the three items on my dinner for two nailed down. I asked her to call me ? when it was ready with an old fashion hand signal. She said “we no call”.I asked her how long it would take. She responded “5 minutes.” That’s the only time estimate anyone received for the 20 minutes I was there. To be honest, I wasn’t all smiles, and I probably came off a bit rude, but I was doing my absolute best. I wasn’t trying to be smart or difficult, I was trying to get a job done.Grubhub drivers and people who showed up after me and placed orders larger than mine received theirs before me. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I always tip well due to this, but I tip cash after the service I’ve received.The smallest bill I had was a $10, which is what I would’ve given her… pretty good on a $40 check. But I had to ask her to break it… because she was being intentionally hurtful. As soon as she broke my bill, my food miraculously appeared. By the time I got it home, it was cold.I hate to say it, but due to this treatment, I won’t be ordering from this place or going here again. The pettiness shows a lack of principle, that tells me more than I need to know about the cleanliness and upkeep of this place. It does seem it’s gone downhill since the last time I actually went in.

Racist and rude. Asking my husband and kids if they're going to eat inside the restaurant and my husband said yes. But other people came after us and get their food. My kids were hungry so we ask our money back and told us your food is for to go but nobody told us that our food was ready. Glad we got our money back. But we are regulars and usually do take out and delivery. These people are imbeciles. Sorry but plain rude.

First time here yesterday for lunch, ordered our food and went at sat at table to wait. Ordered lunch specials and saw it came with soup. So they brought our food out and not the soup so I asked the waitress if it came with soup and she didn't even answer me just made a face and walked away and brought it to our table. Well they assumed our food was to go because we ordered at the front, we had no idea you ordered at table when dining in well now when know. Waitress was EXTREMELY rude horrible service, the food was really good. Will definitely eat at another one of their locations as it was extremely awkward how rude she was. She could have been a little nicer.

The lady taking my order was rude. Did not appreciate the attitude or impatience at all. There were times I would ask her to repeat herself and she would get frustrated. The food was also mediocre. There were barely any sauce on my beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, and my chicken and broccoli. We asked for three sweet and sours but they gave us two. Very disappointed and annoyed.
Updates…Warning dinner is very expensive! Twice the price of their lunch! Old green peppers (rotten) The worst thing is no soap in men’s room. Way too many options in Henderson.

Tonight I ordered orange chicken which was very dry and it was not even a full serving and not even hot also ordered a beef terriyaki bowl it was but the rice was very cold like cold paste. Usually I have never had any problems with this place but I see something has changed.They know you when you call so maybe they need to worry more about the food quality as well as who is calling. I am done I spent $50 on trash food for tonight only to go to McDonald's should've went there first at least they made it to order the onions were off.
