I paid for my food on my lunch break a few of my postal coworkers recommended the place. As I'm waiting for my phone I noticed the cook was preparing food with no gloves on. Then I noticed he didn't wash his hands and he was touching the food. I asked the guy at the register if he could put on gloves while cooking my food, and if not can he give me my money back. After he gave my money back I said as I pointed at my postal uniform, so you rather give me my money back then to just put on gloves? I said I just wanted to know so I can relay the message to my coworkers.Nasty azz people will get other people sick if you don't want to adhere to food preparation standards get of the business.I should've know better when I saw the set up at the restaurant.Please don't eat here unless you like a gloves less chef.

This is still my favorite Asian restaurant in Henderson, NV. I've eaten there (and had food delivered to me from Uni) for two decades, and the food and service do not disappoint to this day. I brought a friend for lunch today, and she said, "I'm coming back here, for sure." The cooks are so talented at Uni. The food is fresh and yummy, with more than generous portions.(Just one complaint: please fix the soda machine, guys!) Service is fast, and courteous. The decor is plain but clean, feels spacious and private, with huge, comfy booths and tables. Several other local Asian restaurants I've eaten at recently - former favorites - have disappointingly gone downhill. I've eaten at four others nearby in the past few months, and been shocked at how poor their food has become. Uni has retained its quality over the years, for which I am very grateful. I love Chinese food, so at least Uni Express is one place I can get my "fix."
Wow! The food here is amazing! Everything we've tried so far has been delicious ? the Mongolian Beef and General Tso chicken are both good and tasty and their Wor Wonton soup is amazing ?. Plus, the portions are enough for leftovers the next day. If your in the mood for Asian food, definitely try this place. You won't be disappointed ?

The food here is really really good! They make everything hot and fresh. I always take out with ordering it there and driving home to eat it. The wait is not bad at all and it’s made when you order. Portion size is big so perfect to have leftovers. The counter staff are extremely friendly and helpful with knowledge about what they serve. Prices are very reasonable. Love this place!!Vegetarian options: They have vegetable egg rolls and the spicy eggplant is my favorite.

You must try the Hot Garlic Sauce (HGS). It’s to die for, be ready for some spice. I ordered the Hot Garlic Chicken with extra spice plus a side of HGS. Spent $11 on food and water.Definitely a repeat customer. Will order the Lettuce wraps next time I come. They look delicious.Lunch special ends at 4pm.
