All I got served was attitude and terrible terrible coffee.I had a reward for my birthday, 3mini cinnamon rolls and a coffee of choice, no purchase needed. Upon redeeming it the very young girl at the cashier took forever to redeem the code so the code expired. The young girl stated she would not be able to honor my birthday promo and I explained that she seen what the promo was and it expired under her hands. I did not drive down there just to be told to visit again next year for my bday reward. She then declined me again saying she needs the promo code to give me the free items. I then stated, I can show you my ID, you clearly seen the birthday promo, you have to honor it because you let it expire, not me. And because she was giving me an attitude about it I then asked to speak to someone above, the young girl then left, spoke to them, and came back and said, they will do only the drink instead of the 3mini Cinnabons and a coffee free. She then proceeded to make me the worst coffee I had ever had from Cinnabons… and in general. And because I was “already a bother” I didn’t want to bother again. I threw the drink away after the first sip. Not coming back here. Worst bday gift.

The server touched someone's cash with gloves on and then used those same gloves to prepare the next person's food order. Judging by previous reviews, this seems to be a recurring theme. This is the first time I have eaten at this location, and it will be the last.

Over priced, hard as a rock, tasted like cardboard, even though I was told they’re freshly baked daily. Legitimately tasted like they were weeks old. Haven’t had Cinnabon in years, never again. There are sooooooo many better options for the same price. Even Walmart makes better cinnamon rolls lol, and that’s saying something.

They make their products freshly baked. I love the cinnamon roll with Oreos and even more when it’s still warm. Very good customer service. Clean place. I also got some cookies that my family loved. Definitely will come back.

Honestly pretty bad. Lifelong Cinnabon eater. They may be saving on ingredients cause this was paper thin not fluffy and didn't fill the box. Cream cheese and cinnagoo also small amounts. Not worth the calories or money

The cinnamon roll was soo good the bread was all nice and warm and soft 10/10, service was so fast and the lady was nice to us also 10/10. The place was nice and clean and was in good condition.

To start with, we love Cinnabon. However, we won't recommend this location to anyone. The cleanliness of this location was average at best. The cost has always been pricey for what it is, but we're fine with that part because other locations have typically been very pleasant to deal with. The staff here are extremely rude and customer after customer while we were there had issues. Obviously the staff here either dislikes their customers or hate their jobs. Do yourself a favor and patronize a different location!

This Cinnabon is my dirty little secret and the reason I try to avoid the mall at all costs. I actually feel sad if I go to the mall and leave without stopping here to get a Cinnabon. Let me tell ya too, when your tiny little Asian mom doesn't want your chunky butt to have a Cinnabon and you have to drive away without it, soul crushing.I've never had a bad experience with the food here. I've been coming to this mall and this Cinnabon since I moved to Las Vegas, so it's been quite a while. Every single time, I've gotten a fresh, delicious Cinnabon, MiniBon and or the PecanBon. I have a soft spot for the MochaLatta Chill and it's always been good too.I have noticed that sometimes the service can be lackluster when there aren't many people working. Sometimes it seems to be the person baking is also the order taker/cashier but I am patient and I can wait for them to wash their hands and all that jazz before demanding my cinnamon roll.

Good food but terrible service. Been standing for 10 minutes at the order counter without being acknowledged. Yes they can't help right away sometimes but they said at least acknowledge you!

They would not take a CINNABON gift card. They said "their system isn't working" they had 3 employees trying to enter the gift card. This has been happening for MONTHS. Every time we come here they claim it doesn't work. We will go to another location that accepts it in the future. Should have known better to try again!

This place was amazingly awesome on my most recent visit! Especially the young gentleman that served us. I'm remiss because I can't remember his name but he was very young and provided exceptional customer service.For this order, I'd used their app for the first time and upon arrival at the scheduled time, we immediately realized there had been a mishap on the app. As in, they were closed! My heart sank. I don't get myself a Cinnabon very often anymore, mainly due to the expense and not having a location nearby, so this had been planned out and even included a Mother's Day present for my Mom. I didn't want to believe that they weren't open. Maybe I was mistaken? Yet, the lights were all off, the display cases were bare and that beautiful cinnamon aroma was not wafting through the air. Sigh. I was frustrated and put off, to say the least.And then he appeared. And all was good. ?It took a minute but we were able to get our complete order, exactly as I'd planned and I was so impressed with the guy (kid, really) that I felt compelled to give him a big tip. He was even gracious receiving it. I hope someone reads this who can make sure his supervisors know the quality of service I received and the value in retaining such a wonderful employee. He did the near impossible - made an initially devastating experience morph into a highlight of my week. Well done, sir!

Best. Cinnamon. Roll. EVER! If i ever find mys lt at Galleria mall, the temptation to not grab a bite is almost impossible.... The cinnamon rolls are just so moist and flavorful. Not to mention the flavorful cinnamon melting in your mouth no matter what you order! This was my third time and i'm definitely going to buy another "Cinnabon" in July.

Went to purchase some cinnabons, very disappointed with the customer service. I asked IF they had some fresh ones and Krystal pointed at some on a rack in front and advised those were fresh, then I proceeded to ask how long ago they were baked which was at that point at time she rolled her eyes and said we bake them every hour. I would understand if i was being a rude customer but our interaction wasn't longer than 3 min. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I suggest training your employees better.
