So today around 3:30 pm. My family enters CJs there is only another family in there that looked to be waiting. Upon entering we notice that there is only one person there actively making ice cream for the other family. The amount of staff is not the problem at all. We were more than happy to wait.after standing there for around 8 minutes we were never greeted or even acknowledged of being there. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this location. Previously we arrived here at 7:30 and the location was completely closed. We have even showed up at 8pm and the employees were actively cleaning and informed us that they were closing.Today will be the last time that I ever go to this CJ’s on Stephanie . Fortunately the Eastern location was by far the superior location with amazing customer service.

The staff is always super friendly! There are LOTS of options which can be a little overwhelming but the cute girls behind the counter are happy to offer recommendations! They even have a loyalty program! Great Dole whip, Italian ice and spicy sandia!

Hours listed on door said close at 9. Walked in at 8:20 and was told they were closing with absolutely no explanation. Made absolutely no sense and was not fair at all just because the employee wanted to go home early when the hours were clearly listed.

I've been driving past this place for years! Finally, I decided to give them a try! It was well worth the calories! Not too sweet, and just what I needed for the day. It's located in the plaza on Stephanie and Sunset ( the same plaza as Tar'jay) There was a long line, I was going to leave but decided to commit. I was definitely not disappointed! There were lots of options , but I decided to start off simple - I choose the classic vanilla, with marshmallow and cheese cake bites. For those just wanting a "kick start," I would recommend that to start, unless you're a pro and want to jump into all of the extra delights!Fudge, sprinkles, brownies, etc. By the way, there isn't a seating area. You can eat in your car or take it to go. I did mine to go, as I live less than 5 mins away. As always, I'll be back in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!

Nothing Italian about this ice cream. We waited 10 minutes just to be skipped by pick up orders when it was out turn. We left without trying not very delicious looking crap.

Best soft serve in henderson. I love their dolewhip ice cream. They also have a loyalty card. They are closed at odd times, but when they are open, the experience is great. Perfect cold delicious dessert for a hot day in Henderson, Nevada.

Girl working at night forgot the cookie butter in both my husband and my concretes! So we got vanilla and cookies crumbled together as a concrete. No cookie butter in the name. I guess she didn't think we wanted that main ingredient. She forgot the lid as well since took it to go, and asked for lids, she handed to to us, so upon putting it on in the car, I got ice cream all over the car.
They didn't dip the cones property, the coating was so thin it just turned into a melted mess as she was handing it to me. The girl's only solution was to tell me there were extra napkins on the table. All I could do was just throw it out. Don't go to this location.

I only gave this location 1 star because of the AWFUL customer service. I love CJ's because the Italian ice/custard are both delicious and I appreciate the variety of options, but I will never order from this specific location again.

I think their ice cream/Italian ice and custard items are beyond good here. It's just across the block from Galleria Mall, not far from restaurants and shops. I've had many ice creams around town, but this small shop stands out. Excellent customer service. Always busy in there. They have most of my favorite flavors. I was surprised to find Tangerine ice-yummy! Not too sweet across the board. Natural ice stuff. We came for the Dole Pineapple ice cream because our favorite spot for Dole Pineapple ice cream inside the mall was no longer there/out of business or moved. Did you know there's a new Daiso in Henderson/Las Vegas area? There's a Daiso number two spot at far end right side, same plaza as CJ's. Walkable plaza area. Target store not far down the strip. Glad we stopped by. Cashier was friendly and welcoming. Absolutely great vibes inside. Very small shop. Yes, you can buy ice creams in pints here. You can rest or sit inside for awhile, but most people order takeout on the roads. Children love it. Adults love it. CJ's here have potential to become a much bigger shop here. Modern and clean. Who doesn't want a great Italian ice dessert stop? I think it's their available flavors that stands out. I don't like sugary things that taste generic. Lots of cones to choose from too. I would eat the sundae with everything if I had more time. This one was very natural. I will definitely return for more. Good employee vibes. Awesome.

OMG! Came here to check it out for the first time with my son and it was amazing! The staff helped explain what was on the menu. Once we looked it over I get the banana foster and was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. My son got the captain America and he loved it. A big hit for us that we will be back!
