NO SHOES ADVENTURES
On 3/22/24 we were in Henderson for the night and chose this Claim Jumper for dinner for 3. I tried the Citrus Salad. The cheese “crumbles” on it tasted really bad. I swept them to the side and continued my dinner. I became sick 2-3 hrs later. I was miserable with food poisoning for the next 3 days, stuck in the Las Vegas area trying to get well enough to drive back home to Northern California. I lost 9 pounds in 10 days. Be careful!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. My boyfriend asked Katie for steak sauce, 10 minutes passed by and she still hadn't came. She claimed that she took it to another table but that was a lie. We also had to wait till we were finished eating to ask for another drink. She seemed like she was bothered. We do not recommend this location.

Been wanting to go to Claim Jumpers for a while and try the Chicken fried Steak. Sadly disappointed. The steak was flatter than a slice of Bologna. What I was served (1st photo) was not close to the menu (2nd photo). Won’t be back.

Came here for lunch with my coworkers. The service was good and kept checking on our group. The food was tasty and large portion size. Menu has a large variety of food for everyone.

Went with friends for Happy Hour. Food selection is very limited. Most items on app menu are not included. Also house wine was listed at $7 and I specifically asked server about Pinot grigio and he said yes but the bill showed $9 and he replied it was only for Cabernet and Chardonnay. I think this is misleading.

This place is huge!! Amazing atmosphere. Food is very good along with service. I really like the widow maker burger. I love a good French fry, but the one served here are weak to me. I don't care for partially cooked on seasoned fries. The prices I thought were fare. I have dined here three times now. The location is starred on my Google maps as I am from out of town and will look forward to future visits. Since covid, a lot of these themed restaurants seem to have fallen out of their perspectives of what they are and the food and or service has suffered, not so with this place.

Great place for a get-together with family or friends. Big dining room that will accommodate large parties. The service is great. I have been there a handful of times, and I have always had great service (different servers every time). The food is delicious. The only issue I have is what to order on my next visit.
