The food was really good. The service was also good. However, it was way overpriced.

Our table was ready right on time and we were seated promptly. The room was pretty busy, yet we had bread and water delivered right away. Server took longer than expected to take the drink order. However, she was busy. Perhaps they were a bit under staffed. Meals were prepared exactly right. Overall this is a great place for dinner. But it's a truck stop. Hidden gem

My server Vinny was so attentive, he offered great food suggestions, checked in with me with updates about when the food was put in, how long it would take, he had a very gentle flow., very knowledgeable & friendly. The food was cooked exactly how I asked, In a very timely manner, served with class and was absolutely delicious. Thank you

Food was surprisingly amazing and the service excellent. Best mashed potatoes I've ever had. Walking through the casino to get to the restaurant wasn't great, but it was worth the awkwardness as the meal was top notch.

AJ and her staff once again gave us an evening to remember. Kindness, professionalism, service, was equal to the quality of our dinner! As busy as they were we felt like King and Queen. At least our 6th time. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and we were eating within 15 minutes. Warm Smiles from beginning to end will make you return again!!

Food was warm, not.hot, overpriced

My wife had the 20oz bone in ribeye cooked med rare with mashed potatoes for $48.00, and I had the grand surf and turf with baked potato for $115.00 and a house salad for $10.00. My wife dinner was cooked properly and she was happy with her meal overall. Ribeye is a fatty cut of beef. With that being said, her steak was excessively fatty. My 8oz lobster tail was sweet and cooked perfectly. They 8oz filet was cooked med rare as I asked for, plus I asked for it to be blackened. It was over seasoned and came out cold, and the meat was dry. I did not let the waiter know about how poorly the filet was done. I would assume they would have redone my steak, but I was already full from the salad, lobster, and baked potato.

The food was outstanding, but didn't give enough choices for meal. Although items were on menu, there were not available. I would go again, but maybe not on Valentines Day. The portion were well as we got Ribeye and Lobster so after spending nearly $500, it was worth it with flavor and the amount of food we got.

The best pastas I've ever, had hands down. Takes a little bit of time, but the food and service are outstanding. The place could use a refresh for atmosphere but still on par for the historic Boulder City look.

For the prices charged, the experience was not comparable. The hostess was uninterested, the server - though helpful, was inexperienced. Room lighting is too much overhead - no table lights. The food was great! Plump shrimp bacon appetizer, spinach salad and nicely cooked steak. The roasted brussel sprouts were excellent - and a good size. The table service bread we all enjoyed. Only tried one dessert - tiarumasu - was delicious. Overall - considering there is not many options for a nice meal, But loved the food so I would go back.

Their dinner special is an amazing deal! The food is delicious and the service is impeccable! Sergio and Ophelia are the best; very attentive and our food is always served in a timely manner. Excellent place to dine and I highly recommend!

We went for a family dinner at the steakhouse, I didn't expect the level of food that we found, the service was amazing and the staff makes you feel at home. It was just a great experience. Will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you all for the great service we really appreciate it.

Worth the drive from the strip to Railroad Pass Casino & Hotel to dine at DeSimone's!Yes you need to enter the casino where it is smoke filled with literally the old school downtown casino feel but when you dine at DeSimone's you will be transported to a dark moody dining room.Everything from the service, martinis, bread, steaks, desserts, etc. are top notch with reasonable prices. We visit DeSimone's every time we come to Vegas!Be sure to make reservations!

It was a Friday night at 7:00pm. Place was not busy but lacked management. We felt bad for our server because he was trying to do everything he could and please people. But he had no help and something was very wrong in the kitchen. It took an before we got our appetizer and drinks. Food quality was ok but the wait was terrible and the food was definitely not worth the wait. Very disappointed too because we eat here every time we go to Las Vegas and it is always great. Something was just totally wrong that night. We saw people get up and leave because they waited so long.
