I placed an Uber Eats order of 3 Asada burritos. 2 should have come with sour cream, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole and pico, and 1 with rice, beans, cheese and pico. In addition, I stated in the notes to include red and green sauce on the side. The two burritos were missing the sour cream (had to pay extra for it) as well as had very little guacamole and pico, and did not include the red and green sauce. The burritos were extremely dry! So much so that I drove to the restaurant to have them correct my order. They REFUSED! Stating “sour cream is on them”, despite there was nothing white inside the burritos. Furthermore, I frequent this location ( 3500 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044) and have had burritos from there plenty of times to recognize the difference between one with sour cream and one without. I am completely disturbed by the lack of customer service to simply add condiments to my burritos.

Stopped in for lunch. It was our first time visiting Don Tortaco.The food was pretty good. I had 2 tacos, and my wife had a combo, Enchilada & Chili Relleno. Wife wife said hers was great ?. My Tacos were very tasty, but they were on the small size considering the price. I ordered a side of chips that, again, were pretty good, but a small serving for the price.1 combo, 2 Tacos and chips were $28. A little steep for what you got. Remember, it's not on the strip or downtown. It's on Reunion in Henderson in a small strip mallAtmosphere.... lackluster and unimpressive.Overall, it was ok, but I can't say you just gotta go.

The food itself it's good but it seems and tastes as the guys working there check the food temperature, I got an adobada torta and was very very greasy and made the bread soggy plus the the onions and cilantro tasted old.

Yuck!! ? went today to get food for my crew working across the street. 4 breakfast burritos, chips and fries. The salsa bar was disgusting, limes dried up, looks like they were sitting there for days. Took some salsa and carrots, mistake! The burritos were nasty tasted like old oil, hard to swallow with the dry tortilla. Salsa was old and carrots tasted nasty, never ever again!! Hours later still have heart burn and stomach is turning. Hope I don't get food poisoning!! Beware

They are ripping customers off by charging 11 dollars for a burrito and it’s literally toddler size. Will not be back! Skinniest burrito in Vegas. Almost all tortilla! Barley any meat.

I ordered a carne asada Burrito and the cashier didn't ask if I wanted anything extra because I only had guacamole with no cheese or sour cream. Finally, had I known I would have added some more ingredients in the beginning. Moreover, usually a burrito would have cheese on it. Next, they must do better in their communication to the customer so there are no surprises.
