This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The staff is the most unprofessional and rude I have ever experienced. since when is a cup of water not provided but instead must purchase a bottle of water. And when asked the employee said “it’s the owners policy” and closed the door. On top of it can’t even order without being rushed and the staff trying to upsell on every item you order. The coffee never tastes the same and the food is cold.

I ordered 4 donuts and usually only eat 1/2 of each donut and an iced coffee. The window cashier actually judged me for ordering donuts. Not Born-Again.

This store has went down tremendously and to walk in and instead of an immediate welcoming hello, Monica, the manager thought it was best I received direct eye contact with disdain and aggitation, it really shows you don’t want customers to come inside ! I ordered through DoorDash (drivers whom also complains about the service and drop your delivery cause of wait times) and the food was cold OF COURSE. I had already spoke with door dash regarding the cold food items and the amount of times drivers canceled prior to actually receiving my order and decided to deal with Dunkin directly. I didn’t eat the cold food and brought it to Dunkin to ask if they would make a hot fresh one for me. Monica the manager made it very clear this was door dashes fault and I had to deal with them. How and what was door dash going to do and I’m standing here asking for a hot sandwhich and you wanted Door dash to deliver it while I’m standing here in front of you? I ordered and paid for a new hot sandwhich cause of course I haven’t eaten all day. I never asked for a refund or caused any issues. I just wanted my meal replaced immediately, not to have to jump through hoops.

I ordered a drink with less ice and they handed me a cup that was only half full.all they said is the measurements are the same, but that they won’t accommodate for less ice. Like, if they are that hard up for money that they can’t fill my drink I ordered I would have paid an extra dollar to ensure I got what I wanted. It was pretty pathetic of them and I will not be going to any Dunkin’ Donuts ever again if this is how stingy they’re going to be with their drinks.

Sorry but service was the worst I have ever been too. We had to reorder our food twice and we had to ask for every drink we ordered (4) to be exact. Then had to go back and forth with this person on what we ordered. It took about 15 minutes and backed up the line a good bit. They need someone else handling the orders or they will loose business.

The employees don't greet you when you walk in and stand in front of the counter. As a matter of fact, you are either looked at and ignored or not acknowledged at all. Absolutely no customer service until you're loud enough to grab their attention.

The coffee is good but service is not so good. Accidentally spilled my coffee and asked the female manager Johnnie if I could get a replacement and she said she would have to charge me for it. I'm heading to Skimos coffee, much more friendly atmosphere.

Hi its 6:04 i took pictures but again i cannot post em on here *sigh*When they gave me the matcha green latte it was half way empty. I literally standed in the drive thru trying to get the gentleman's attention but he did make contact and when he did all I heard was a lock on the window so yeah i couldnt even talk to someone about the issue. He sure was counting his money so im sure it was closing time. but I dont feel the need to pay for a half drink. Anyway I will also call the # on the receipt here but pls guys check ya drinks cux umm yeah lol

Disappointed with Dunkin. Got ice with a side of coffee and it was a large. Was told that it doesn’t matter if you order a latte with light ice and that it’s pre measured(?) Don’t waste your money on a iced latte, especially not a large.
