The drive-through lady with short dark hair, Chastity, is very sweet, helpful, pleasant, quick and kind. She is an exceptional employee. I eat here a lot and she knows what I like! decent quick protien. cannot complain at all but just mediocre food as you have to add seasoning salt and pepper and hot sauce as it comes without any of that. but in a pinch always good food

I went thru drive thru and picked up a pollo bowl and upon eating it at home there was no taste to the food. The rice and beans had no flavor at all. The chicken also no flavor. The salsa watery and no flavor. I have never had food that had no taste to identify it. The texture was mushy and the salsa was watery with no taste. I had to trash it before getting sick.
