I have a newborn and wanted some Birria. It was late and they were open. So my partner went to grab some and ordered 6 birria tacos with consume. Some were falling apart when he got home. They all were different sizes which threw me off too. They lacked flavor, luckily I had some of their green sauce to dip them in. I wouldn't go back.

Love love love this spot! Stopped by after a long day of work and i couldn't of made a better choice. Ordered a bowl with chicken that was flavorful with all types of spices. They missed my flour tortilla but everything else was on point.

Went with a friend to the Pinball Hall of Fame last week and had a ball. This food truck was there and we had a delicious lunch. It would have been better if the HoF had set up some tables, but my lunch was big enough to finish for dinner. Simple menu but fresh, quality ingredients.

absolutely no flavor in any of the food. It is extremely misleading to call this Mexican good. This food from a white guy with a slight Mexican influence. $50 wasted!

BEST DAMN TACOS IN VEGAS - This man Edward Tallman is a genius with food. Personally watched him create more then just tacos, amazing person and business owner!!! I will always be following El Queso Guero / The Food Factory!!!!!
