Food was excellent! However the customer service rendered by Diane will be the reason we will only use take out. Diane didn't provide the same customer service across the room. After noticing other tables receiving quality, undivided attention (she even provided a table with directions to another location) but I couldn’t even get her to stand long enough for her to hear me say I wanted two tickets. She walked past our table and remarked out loud about boxes as she kept walking past the table. Came back and threw the boxes on the table and proceeded on to the next table to continue the conversation. Lastly, NEVER call a grown person “girl” . I didn’t appreciate it so any tip I had PLANNED to give her, i changed my mind because im not a girl! And neither is my mother who is older than her… just a bit of an attitude adjustment. I wish i had gotten the same attention I saw her give others.

First visit to the Henderson NV location on 10/27/2023 for lunch to taste the famous chili. Waitress took our order and I ordered the Chili with side salad. The lunch showed up for my companion who did not order chili and the waitress provided the side salad to to me and stated that there was no chili that day!! She also stated that the manager Miranda Sanchez will come to talk to me about it. My companions finished their lunch and no Miranda showed up. The waitress brought the bill and stated the manager took off my order. Upon reviewing the bill we noticed that she charged the $11 for the Chili and salad, but took off $6 for the chili and charged $5 for the salad! This was the worst customer service experienced. No manager showed up to talk about the order and a lie that the meal was on the house when it was partially charged. Will not return.

Some of the best people work at this place everyone working hard and good towards a common goal. Timing might not always be perfect. The food may not always be perfect. But the fact that Everyone sticks together and has Drive makes all the difference. It’s a shame you have people like Miss K that writes really horrible reviews on multiple platforms when they have a bad experience. what’s even worse is her grammar! She is one rotten person. Perhaps she shouldn’t return to that establishment. Perhaps you should learn to cook for herself and eat at home. But from how angry, she sounds and nasty of a person she is she probably gets off of the fact that she could be so rude to restaurant workers. She probably has a lot of cats for friends if any. Anyhow, famous Dave’s great food great environment great managers and yeah, don’t listen to that nasty lady.

Although they are undergoing some remodeling, it did not detract from the experience. Service was excellent as was the food. I, personally, could do without the Monday night football in the bar area, but the sound was moderate so it wasn't annoying. My 80 year old brother wears hearing aids, and we were able to have a normal conversation . Very enjoyable. But then, I have always found the restaurant to moderate their music level. Just one more pleasant dining experience.
We came to famous Dave’s here at the Henderson mall and was served by the best serve her name. Vanessa absolutely great her spirit for hospitality, and her service was excellent. I highly recommend her to anyone who comes to visit this place.

I was craving BBQ, and since I tried their food at another location and loved it, I decided to eat here since I was in the area. I was somewhat disappointed. The chicken was well charred and nice. But the sides were not like what I experienced at their Paradise location. Here in Henderson, their potato salad was not as creamy and cold. There were no eggs in the salad like the other location. On a good note, the fries were ok, but the cornbread stole the show. It was so moist with the right amount of sweetness. My server was very nice. I happened to pop in at the right time when most of the crowd had left.
