“Nattie's is a food truck that offers the most authentic Thai food I've had in Las Vegas. I usually find them at Khoury's wine & spirit. I've also found them at Cadence Community in Henderson.Their menu is limited but that's what happens when you only serve the best dishes. The pad thai is the best pad thai I've had outside of Bangkok. Their newest dish Khao Soi was very delicious as well. It's a Thai curry dish that you probably haven't had before but you must try it if you like curry.I also love their Thai tea. The price is typical Thai restaurant price but they give you plenty of food for the price. I usually can't even finish my pad thai and have to take it home, which i am not complaining about! “Love love love this spot! Stopped by after a long day of work and i couldn't of made a better choice. Ordered a bowl with chicken that was flavorful with all types of spices. They missed my flour tortilla but everything else was on point.“
“Bradi and the team are amazing! We follow them (in a non stalking way) because we love their shaved ice. I must point out that they no longer have the location off Ft Apache anymore, and visiting their truck is well worth it. There's the website to track them as they update where they are weekly. Mainly in Mission Hills, but they go all over the city.With that being said, their flavors and what you can add to it brings me back to the days in Hawaii. Topped with snowcap, ice cream in the bottom, and azuki beans, just like the good ol days.They also sell other ice cream as well, such as bars. “I always see slanging tacos at events but I finally decided to order some food at "the great taco festival " I'm not even exaggerating when I say the birria fries were probably the best I've ever eaten! The portion was so big my wife had to help me finish them. I had also ordered some birria tacos thar were really good!!!?? if you ever see this guys food truck I'd give it a try. “Got tacos here last night and they were delicious! Pollo, asada and pastor were all really good flavor. They didn't skimp on the onions and cilantro and I love the grilled onions and peppers. The service was excellent and friendly. I can't wait to go back and try their Birria and burritos.“
