We've been in the area the last few days due to a family emergency. After the last few days, we decided we deserved a nice steak dinner (and and Old Fashioned or two...). I had read great reviews about Fuego, and since we're staying at the Fiesta, it was an easy choice to cruise downstairs and have a steak and a cocktail.Oh my.... We ordered a Maker's Old Fashioned each. We ordered oysters on the half shell. We shared the 20oz rib eye (medium rare) with sauteed spinach and mushrooms. The bread...... Did I mention, oh my..?The prices were normal. We were pleasantly surprised at the bill.Our server, Scott, was great.Unfortunate circumstances dictate we have to come back out to the area over the next several months, and we have said that we will be treating ourselves to dinner at Fuego when we come out here.Excellent. Thank you, Fuego.

What a wonderful experience!! The food and service were superb! Thank you Fiona,thank you Helen for being so attentive. The leftovers were good the next day as well. It was our first time there but won't be our last.

We always enjoy dinner at Fuego. The food is great and the service superb. Always accommodating to dietary needs. Our favorite waiter is Marc. Be sure to have the croissant rolls.

We had a very nice dinner at Fuego on Saturday. From Helen the Manager to Adriana the waitress the service was spectacular. We chose the Chateaubriand for two and it was very, very good. We already have made our reservation for next week!

Unfortunately this was the worst experience ever. We waited over an hour for our food to come out cold. Had to send all food back. We were there 3 hours. Not sure we will ever go back. Used to be a wonderful place. What happened Fuego?

The house chopped salad was not as good as I've had it before. There were less ingredients and too much iceberg. There wasn't enough dressing to get a good flavor of the salad. My pan seared orange roughy was dry and the edges were hard not crunchy.

This place is so amazing! The Prime Rib Sliders is My absolute favorite thing on the Menu!

The calamari was great and what a bargain at $8. The filet and lobster was terrific an the tail was huge. WE were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us out cream brulee for dessert

Once again we enjoyed our meal at Fuego. There's something about the atmosphere and just right lighting. Service was very good as Marco was quite attentive, the manager came out to say hello and seating quite comfortable. We enjoy the menu items and the execution of the serving staff. The food was quite good as usual. The only negative, we were seated next to an extremely loud, obnoxious party...not much could be done as they were heard through the restaurant. But we enjoy this restaurant and the value it brings.

Excellent service and food. Jordan and Rodolfo took very good care of us. NY steaks, Canadian lobster tails, and salmon were cooked to perfection! Plus the bread is out-of-site! And the manager came around several times to ensure everything was top notch.

It is truly a hidden gem if you don't want to drive too far just to get a great steak .Fuego steakhouse is the place to be in Henderson!!!! We have been there several times we've never had a bad meal and we've never had bad service.
