Good food, waitress didn't come around nearly enough and had to flag her down to get any attention. They were NOT busy so no real excuse for it. May try again but feel like there's better places in town for the money spent.

I’m sorry. I used to love this place but my recent experience has completely ruined it for me and I will not be dining here again. Service was super slow, which I understand because they were short handed when we were sat. Half way through it seemed more workers were there but we didn’t know who our dedicated server was and it was a struggle to put in orders and ask for grill changes. The worst part was when it came to paying. My bill was about $60 for me and my mother, but it took a long time for them to come back with my card. A manager came and explained to me that the server had accidentally used my card to pay out another table, a $200 BILL. I was told I couldn’t get a refund then and there because they had to contact their HR department? And it would take them 3-5 business days to refund me. I couldn’t understand how that mix up happened and why I couldn’t get my money back. I’ve never been to a restaurant that couldn’t issue an instant refund. The worst dining experience of my life. I will not be dining here again. The server and manager on duty should get a write up for this because that situation could’ve been entirely avoided had they paid attention.

Came back cause we were nearby shopping and it changed a lot. From the quality to the service. Hopefully it was just this one off visit but still the service was lackluster and the meat wasn't as tasty. Plus it out seats were dirty and grimey. Was scared to accidentally anything but the table.

My kids didn’t eat the AYCE. Only the $3 a la carte ice cream And they still charged them $15 for food they didn’t eat. Who charges people who don’t eat food that are still paying customers?

Visited for my sons Birthday Dinner, left dissapointed in the service. Our waitress was horrible! She didnt bring half the items we asked for, or had to ask at least 3 or 4 times. Some of the other staff was great, but unfortunatley our service was horrible. Food was good. Im not into Korean BBQ but liked the food. Of we ever got any sauces we asked for might of been better. I dont think ill be back.
