Crazy this place has the ratings it does, my first time here and I walk in and stand at the counter for nearly 7min while the girl is behind the counter watching her phone eating flaming hot Cheetos and a soda. Had to "bother" her to get up and take my order, which she proceeded to do with an attitude as if I was intruding. Last time I'll be here for sure

Food was absolutely disgusting brown guacamole and cold not melted cheese then a spider was crawling down on me. The service wasn't bad then I got asked multiple times what was wrong when I requested a refund after one bite.

Chicken was cooked well but it absolutely had no flavor and the people inside were rude... absolutely will never go back. I drive trucks and stopped in there to use the bathroom and grab lunch and they gave me the hardest time about using the bathroom when the lady I was trying to order from was busy with another order prior to me using the restroom

Absolutely terrible customer service, lots of attitude when we asked for simple things like more sauce when we asked for a couple more sauce and only brought one out. Overall terrible first customer experience.

Hi everyone ! I had the major displeasure of coming to this establishment today. And let me tell you why;So we entered the building to find there wasn’t anyone at the cashier. So we waited about 8 mins before we realized that she was cooking in the back. Problem number one is that when I said excuse me, she looked at me with utter annoyance and replied “I am busy” and went back to what she was doing. At this point we realized it was a one man shop, which is absolutely fine. But my issue is that she seen us enter the store and didn’t think to mention “hey guys I’m taking care of another order, I’ll be right with you” or something along those lines. When we finally ordered she was extremely rude and dismissive. I was asking questions about the menu and she was acting like I was asking for the krabby patty recipe. While we were waiting on our $37 meal, she completed another customers meal and walked it out to them. When are meal was complete, she left it on the counter. I then seen her do this THREE more times with different customers. Anyone who was black, she was dismissive and rude too, and anyone white skinned she was super friendly and approachable. A bunch of high schoolers(POC’s)came in as well and I watched this lady walk outside and watch them. Then my date went and thanked her when we were done and she didn’t even ACKNOWLEDGE him. My worst customer service experience ever. Not to mention the food was a huge NOPE. The carne asada fries tasted like it came out of a can. No depth, flavor, or anything. I will say the Al pastor wasn’t terrible. All in all, food was severely underwhelming and shouldn’t even be allowed to be considered Mexican food, the host/cook/cashier was racist and rude, not to mention its right next to a freaking gas station. I promise y’all there are better Mexican restaurants out there with WAY better service.

Customer Services was amazing, place is clean but the food lacks flavor. I ordered Carne Asada Fries and the picture attached is what I received. I took about 3 bites before I took this photo. I stopped to take the photo to show you how it lacks in Carne.. there was no meat.. they cut 10 little ant sized pieces and threw them under all of that guac. The fries had ZERO salt, no flavor, no crisp to the fries just a soggy bland excuse of a French fry. The guac also had zero salt/flavor. I spent $11.91 on this "Large" plate of "Carne" Asada Fries..If you're looking for good Hispanic food this is definitely not the place to stop..

Food is not amazing, but still good. Prices are out of line. Considering I can get a full meal with a drink for $10 at Chick fil A and $9.50 at In-N-Out Burger (both less than a mile away), why would I pay $11.50 for a burrito without a drink? Before you answer, I'll note that both Roberto's and Rubio's are also cheaper. Decent product, just not worth the money.

I was super excited to try this place out after hearing from a decently trusty source that their most favorite carne asada burrito was over at Gogo Tacos. 'I love a good carne asada burrito and will travel to get a good one.Carne asada burrito- 2.5/5. stars. I mean it was alright. Nothing special. Also, lots of reviews mentioned the nachos. And, I LOVE a good nacho. It was a 3/5 stars as well. I likely won't be back since there were no notable items.

This had to be some of the worst mexican food I've tried in las vegas i gave the chicken and the steak burrito bowls a try to say the least the portion of food seem nice for the price....but for me to only take 2 bites and throw it away didn't make up for the price. They decided to add yumyum sauce from hibachi on there bowl called gogo sauce DO NOT GET THIS but what really killed me is fatty steak every bite im chewy so much fat and spitting it out had me sick the green hot salsa was the best item this place gave me...threw both bowls away i will never revisit this place

If you like Carne Asada burritos do not order one at this location. The burrito has more rice bean and cheese than it does meat. $15 total with a glass bottle coke. The choice is yours if you come from San Diego this is not acceptable if you do not know any better than sorry you are missing out on good Mexican food.
