Dustin our waiter, and literally everyone else who spoke to us were so happy, caring and kind. The service alone prompted this review, but then we got our food……UMMM 10/10 on 3 different meals and the banana cream pancake after! ?If you’re in the area don’t miss out on this place . Servings are huge and delicious.

A great place! We come here often and really enjoy it. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but usually we aren't in a rush so it's not a big deal. Great food overall and plenty of options!The only downside is I don't enjoy that there's a 20% service charge added to the bill and then still asked for a tip on top of it. It seems a bit shady to me. If I hadn't paid attention to my receipt I probably would've just added a tip on top of the 20% service charge. Some more transparency around this would be appreciated as a customer.

The food and customer service is excellent. The only reason for the 3 star is because the music is unbareably loud. Like we can't even talk to each other loud. If they turned the music down a little bit my rating would be 5 stats.

As someone who works in the service industry, I was so impressed by the whole team at this location it needs to be mentioned. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were immediately acknowledged and met with some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Every server checked in with us. The food was great, good pricing and portions. The dining area was bright and clean. The menu had plenty of options while still having the basic pancakes my kids were craving. If we lived locally we would be regulars. Cheers to a successful future!Kid-friendliness: Brightly painted dining area. Open floor plan with table seating, no booths (which was easier with a car seat!) Cups with lids/straws offered to younger kids.

My wife and I love this place. The food and service is consistently exceptional. Pancakes are enormous and always very tasty. There are plenty of great lunch options in addition to breakfast and the awesome view is a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

I have been to other Griddlecakes locations, and swore I'd never go back after a handful of visits. My first visit to this location was recently due to it being basically in the neighborhood, and it certainly won't be my last! Popping in for a late breakfast/early lunch, this place was well seated without being crowded...a good sign for someone like myself with a checkered past with Griddlecakes! A small interior, but nicely done, and a wall of windows to check out the view of the distant mountains. I ordered a burger with a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, pickles, pepper jack, and cooked to a medium temperature. This was a fresh as you could ever request, the burger cooked to a perfect medium temperature, and the toppings were all perfect! The fries here are excellent and shouldn't be substituted for anything else! As an added bonus, the server wanted to convince me to return for breakfast so I received a free pancake of the month which was strawberry shortcake. This was outstanding! I don't normally do pancakes for breakfast as it's more dessert to me, and this was no different, but outstanding is an understatement.
