The wings with the mild and salt and pepper will always be delicious. But it is not worth the poor costumer service and lack of hospitality. After witnessing an argument and waiting 55 minutes for my order. I finally received my chicken but not to my surprise they had NO SAUCE AVAILABLE.

Ugh, I swear, this place could be so awesome if they just got their act together! But noooo, they have to mess everything up, from the customer service to the basics like hot sauce and napkins! I came in all excited to try their supposedly amazing new chicken sandwich, only to find out they were out of that and chicken tenders. Like, seriously? Couldn't they put up a sign or something? So I settle for catfish and wings, which took forever to arrive. And guess what? No hot sauce! Who forgets hot sauce at a chicken joint? And to top it off, the server couldn't care less, glued to her phone like it's her lifeline, looking like she'd rather be anywhere else. Talk about a buzzkill. Next time, I'll come prepared with my own stash of condiments and napkins. It's like they don't even want customers to enjoy their food here! Oh and let me just add all their straws break lol.

Food taking 40 minutes, frustrating but understandable, I am willing to wait for the food. However, what I will not tolerate is the lack of customer service. Young woman cashier who was sitting down gave me an immediate attitude, complaining about everything. Cursed her fellow employees out in front of me just because I asked for extra hot sauce. What an embarrassment. Didn't even give me my fountain drink cup, had to rely on another employee to pick up for her slack. I work in food, it should never be like this. I feel bad for fellow employees who have to deal with her laziness and constant attitude.

The food has nasty soggy French fries, never any Cole slaw with your meals, dirty eating areas, poor hospitality, very poor customer service, and the cash register attendant rude attitude on her phone sitting on stool while ringing up our order. McDonald's treat their customers better where I spend less . I ordered this time another $70 worth of food and asked for tartar & hot sauce plus Cole slaw with my food. The cash register attendant refers me to the condiment section in the eating area where there was 3 packets of tartar sauce, then I asked for more she had an attitude. They stand around listening to music with attitude then expect a 10% minimum tip to pick from while they treat customers like crap. I've given this location plenty of business and if it wasn't that I like the food the service is horrible! I'm from the Midwest also and the hospitality here is deplorable. You can't even get extra sauce based on what you bought! This is a shame that our own folks bring this good food to the west coast in a very nice community to be so inconsiderate to the customers. I hope this facility changes its staff because i get better salutations at any other facility than here! I thought I was at Dicks restaurant damn near!

I ate there a couple of days ago and the food and service were great. Then 6 wings with mild sauce were cooked to perfection just like I remember in Chicago. The people working there are on top of everything. Harold's this visit was worth 10 stars not five.

I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my entire life. The elderly woman who looks like Gollum from Lord of the Rings (NO JOKE!) working at the register has been consistently horrible and dismissive. The issue with getting hot sauce with my order is like pulling teeth every single time I visit. Despite my order being over $50, not a single drop of hot sauce was included with my catfish. When I confronted her about it, she claimed that they no longer provide sides of hot sauce and instead pour it directly on the order. However, there was no written notice indicating this change.To make matters worse, two other customers waiting in line witnessed the way she treated me and were so appalled that they walked out without placing an order. They even exchanged words with her before leaving. The rest of the staff stood by and did nothing to address the situation, allowing this unbelievable level of service to continue. I made it clear that I would never return to this establishment.It's incredibly disheartening to receive such treatment, especially when I actively try to support black-owned businesses as a newcomer to the area. Unfortunately, I will have to walk away from this particular spot. I will never recommend it to my family, friends, or co-workers because the treatment I received is completely unacceptable. If the energy in a place is this negative, I don't want to bring it home with me. Life is already challenging enough, and small businesses should know how to treat their customers with respect.It's simply not worth it.

I had such high expectations for this place. But unfortunately it was a huge let down. Popeyes is way but and cheaper. The restaurant was dirty they didn't have hardly anything on their menu. They don't let you use the restroom to wash of the grease after you eat. All in all a bad experience. Felt like staff didn't even want to be there. I would never go there against n!

My boyfriend and I flew into Vegas on a Tuesday night, & he's a Chicago native so OF COURSE we had to stop by Harold's! The place was clean & when we walked in, you could just smell the chicken cooking in the back. Smelled so good! I ordered the Catfish & 3 piece Wings w fries and extra mild sauce. My man ordered a 10 piece wing. We tore that food up omg! So good, fried to perfection, season was so good. It's been a while since we had Harold's so it was extremely enjoyable. I also ordered a Carrot Cake & Red Velvet cake. Amazingggggg. I LOVED that carrot cake. Janese, the amazing lady who took our order, suggested it & she did not disappoint! Janese took care of us and was so sweet. Can't wait to come back on my next trip to Vegas!

As a Chicago native the chicken didn't taste like Chicago's Harold's Chicken. The mild sauce was barbecue sauce and the chicken batter was not the right type of batter. They don't give you a full wing they are cut, but the fries were good. This was not the Harold's chicken that I know.

I am a Harold’s Chicken addict from Chicago. I have always loved Harold’s for its perfectly fried chicken and its mild sauce. Yesterday I stopped in on Sunset and ordered 4 wings mild. The sauce they gave me was not Harold’s and tasted like Sweet Baby Rays. I called today to find out what happened and was met with a young woman over the phone who was not sympathetic to the change. No apology, no trying to turn a wrong into a right. Harold’s on Sunset this was the third time you guys dropped the ball. My wife and I will not return to your location.
