We visited on a late Sunday afternoon. The woman who served us seemed rushed, annoyed, and aggravated at our questions. When my bowl was made, the gentleman said there were "unlimited toppings", but the woman then told my fiance he could only choose 6 toppings on his bowl. The worst part of the experience was hearing her yell at the guy in the back about him making her "look bad" since he put so much food on my bowl, and then having to hear him reply back in near tears that he has autism and why is he being yelled at. We barely touched our food and then left.We were also not given trays, lids or straws for our drinks.

Okay, first time here & id say it was okay. The price was a little high. Considering the meat was very very dry. I wish they used lids maybe to keeps moisture in their meats. I wasn't a fan of having to scrape m6 hummus off the side of my bowl into my meal :( a lot of it dried into my bowl. I think if i asked for a base of rice then a plop on top I'd be more happy with the outcome. The falafel was really raw & squishy in the middle. Never had it before but was a weird sensation where it was crunchy on the outside but doughy in the middle. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the cashier revising my receipt for a bit before giving it back to me with my card. Wasn't sure if she was checking to see if i left a tip? Or what she was looking at... something else? but it was weird. I was hoping to get someone who knew the menu better or explained things better. I had to ask multiple times to have items explained to me since I've never been here. I asked what this bread item was & she just called it by its name. Which didn't explain to me what it was l0l All around, the food was alright. I wish my meats weren't dry :/ that really sucked since i paid 40 for 2 bowls, drinks & falafel. The food itself, if i didn't get meat, was pretty good though. For 16$ per bowl i do feel like it's expensive. The atmosphere was nice. Wasn't crowded & everything was very clean. I had higher expectations which was my fault for trusting other reviewers but all in all the food was fine. Nothing to write home about but was a nice change.

HUMMUS was my go to spot for years when I wanted healthier clean food. Today, menu prices are nearly 50 to 80% higher than a year or two ago. $10 to $12 for a bowl is now up to $18 before tip. Check the historical photos here on Google and see the comparison. Yes, inflation and food costs are up, but that's the easy way out. (and also their meat serving portions were on the skimpy side)

So delicious. Just ordered through Uber eats and it arrived fresh and the chicken was still warm. I LOVE that the chicken is actually grilled and had char marks on it. Yum! Everything was so tasty. Will be ordering again!
