We were warmly greeted and served by all the different staff members we encountered. A+ for customer service. We asked for the Roadkill fries (animal fries with chopped hamburger on top) which they couldn't do but they were really nice about it. Instead, they charged us separately for the components that made up the roadkill fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and nicely packaged in boxes. - Meat Patty & Whole Grilled Onions ($1.20): The meat patty was good but small. The grilled onions complimented the meat patty well. You can just cut this up when you get home and add it on top of the animal fries to make your roadkill fries. - Animal Fries ($4.35): We asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they delivered! They were still crispy after we got home and were the best animal fries we had.

FRIES WERE TERRIBLE. Tables were dirty, no peppers no napkins restroom trashed. GROSS?! By far the worst in n out ever.

This location is less busy than all the other locations. The staff were very nice and quick to give us the food. When we received the food it was nice and warm. They put everything in separate bags which was nice. The burgers were tasty. The only thing I will say is I ordered grilled onions and did not get them. Other than that the food was good. The shake was so bomb and the pink lemonade is super refreshing.

Decided to grab a quick bite after doing some shopping. In n Out never disappoints. Andrew, one of the workers was friendly and quick when we wanted to sit in a booth that had a tiny mess. Had a nice conversation on burgers! Always great food and service!
A little crowded inside for seating (outside tables available), & strip mall parking lot a little tight, but servers friendly, women’s bathroom clean, food hot, fast & fresh!

Ok, so long time customer and as a company, I give you 5 stars, easy! I'm a keep it simple kind of guy, so I normally order my burgers with everything, just to keep it simple. The wife, on the other hand, is adventurous and loves to order from your "secret menu". I've learned your workers here in the Vegas/Henderson area are not so well versed in this secret menu. I think someone from socal needs to make a trip to give a tutorial. My wife, as of a few trips to area in n outs, is ready to cut you guys off. SOMETHING needs to happen. Either don't pretend to offer a secret menu here, or learn to deal with it and get it right. I have to go to Carl's by myself if I want them, don't become them!!!!!
