We went on 4/20, and ordered 3 Italians and a tuna. It was not good. The food was bland and no spice to if. The bread was good, but thats about it. The service, however, was excellent.

salad is 30% browning very wet it is not healthy to eat. very pathetic. because we love jersey mikes just not this one- To the Owner : I don't know if you make daily appearances, but my last 4 to 6 sub had wilted salad on them , that's unacceptable. Understand my family lives in Inspirada so we would love nothing more to have this corrected salad that is wilted and discolored and very wet is not the way Jersey Mike's presents their toppings.

I highly recommend this place, the customer service was amazing. Koodos to Andrew that helped us over the phone.He was amazing and helped us out with our order. Our sandwiches were made perfect and fresh, this is a very clean establishment. We will be ordering more food from Amdrew.

I stopped into Jersey Mike's Subs in their location on Via Inspirada in Henderson. I have been a Rewards member for many years. I had a Birthday Sub that was available to me, so I though I should cash in on it.When I arrived there were a couple of people in line getting their sandwiches made. I was quickly greeted and I placed my order for the Original Italian. It's always nice to see them slicing your meats in front of you. The bread was fresh and there was lots of meat. They ask about everything before adding it to your sandwich. The sandwich was huge and very tasty.One of my favorite sandwiches from Jersey Mike's is the Big Kahuna, which is a really big, really meaty and lot's of cheese Philly Cheese sandwich with Jalapenos. Yum!I highly recommend this place.

The two kids working in the shop treated me like crap before I even entered the door, glaring at me before I even put my hand on the handle of the shop. I use to work food service and I get it coming in before close is not ideal but I came in 45 min before close. No recognition but talking under their breath to each other and made me stand there waiting before even acknowledging me after I walked in the door when they angrily glared at me. Please do better I know food industry is tough. But I did nothing to deserve the treatment I got.
I should've known better and asked for another bread when I saw him grab this one from the counter. Who knows how long it's been out for. It was very stale and hard. The other sandwiches that were made on white bread were nice, fluffy, and soft. Sad day for me....

First time visit to this Jersey Mike's. The two teens(?) Working there were well mannered and very helpful. I got a turkey & provolone sub and my wife for a Big Chicken Kahuna Cheese Steak.Both were well made and tasted great! Well surely return soon!
