We went into this location and a young man assisted us with our order today. He was very polite, and had very good customer service. While we were talking Daniel stated he used to be an assistant manager at another location . I seen they had a 5 after 5 deal the young man honored the deal even though it was a quarter after 3pm today. definitely going back because of his very good SERVICE.

Tonight was a second time that I got sandwiches from this location, the first was the Super Bowls weekend , ( could not get though with the Vegas traffic,and end up buying a J M to go , “the sandwich was I believe #13 , because I was going to drive home I ask for “ oil vinegar , some hot peppers, and very lite on the onions” all of that on the side, of course when I got home, all of that was missing and a sloppy sandwich,The second time “tonite” my son was in that area and he got 2 sandwiches, he’s was the chicken Philly.” Plain” please no PEPPERS, and mine was again # 13, actually it was pretty, pretty ugly stuff put together, I always thought that Jersey Mikes had the best sandwiches,But after tonight I think I stick with mine , or Jimmy John’s.

Ordered a hot sub and a cold sub via the app with special instructions added and they both came out perfectly! The staff was super friendly when we picked up our order. The place is clean and inviting. It's been hours since we devoured our subs and I'm still blown away by the perfectly crafted subs. We've tried other Jersey Mike's locations in and out of state, and today's subs from this location was just the best of the best. To the team that worked on our subs today - thank you so much! Will definitely come back again and again at this location.

Ordered 3 subs through their mobile app for pick up. I selected customized items & they did not read & follow what I ordered. In 1 of the subs I was given wheat instead of white bread. 2nd sub I removed tomatos, they still added tomatos. Aside from that their food is good. I will not order ahead anymore.
