Sandwich was good. The kid making my sandwich took 10 minutes to make, which is rare for JJ, and got it completely wrong. This kid use to take orders and work the register. He did a better job there. Tonight my order was taken correctly, according to my receipt. He must of felt pressure from all the customers, 3.

Food is fine. Delivery drivers are careless. I pay with card and they always just leave my food at the steps and dont wait for me to answer to sign the receipt (and tip?) (I have a ring camera and they literally walk away immediately) you’d think they would want you to sign and give a tip but I guess not.

Wrong order multiple times. I ordered from this location 3 times now, and here is my experience each time. First time i ordered for my family, and they named the sandwiches wrong, missed multiple ingredients in each sandwich, and also gave us the wrong sides. I complained directly to the store and then got my free sandwich from downloading their app for my second time, where the sandwich was great due to my complaint, and they apologized for my last order. So, as a family, we decided to try again. This final time they nunbered the sandwiches instead of naming them which is fine, they gave me the correct side, but they still got multiple ingredients wrong on every single sandwich, one sandwich missing an entire portion of meat. Also, the ingredients that weren't missing were poorly thrown on the sandwich, which made the eating experience terrible.

Been coning here since the owner opened the store and have had food delivered to my house plenty of times and suddenly they refuse to deliver to my address now.... Guess they lost a long time

I visited this location recently and the employees are very nice and food was excellent. The 3 things I didn't like was they left a broom and catcher in the dining area The floor in work area was not swept. The sun coming through showed the dust on the front counter.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and this pathetic sandwich is what they gave me. The manager on hand said the sandwich goes by weight and apparently one slice of ham for meat is enough. Pathetic. Don't go to jimmy Johns if you want to pay 11$ for a kids meal sandwich as a regular one. I know they won't be getting my business anymore.

Love JJ but this location always has a weird funky aftertaste to their subs. What is it? Improper food rotation or not cleaning utensils? Drives me nuts because I live across the street and have to go to other locations. Been happening for years now.
