I'll make this fair and to the point: I was really looking forward to trying out this newer fried chicken restaurant. The place certainly looked modern and clean, with a trendy vibe that made me excited to taste their food. However, when I finally got my hands on some of their chicken, I have to say I was pretty disappointed. It just didn't taste good to me at all. The breading was bland and the meat itself lacked good flavor it just tasted....odd. It came with some sort of Gravy too. Maybe it was just an off day for them, or maybe my tastebuds are different from everyone else's. Regardless, I know Jollibee is a "thing" and there is a following to this place. This brand though, is not for me. i just didn't vibe with the taste.

i dont usually ever write reviews but ... went through the drive thru for the first time today, ordered a bucket of chicken, spaghetti, etc and a drink. got handed the food without my drink. employee walked away and we waited in the drive thru having the employees constantly look at us and ignore us. it took 5 minutes of waving for someone to finally notice. its not the fact they forgot the drink, ppl make mistakes... but to see us waiting for help and ignoring us... cmon.

Look I love jollibee. The nostalgia the memories in Manila even the early one on top of the hill at Daly City Ca all of that I get it but inflation sucks, the pricing is a tad off I mean 2 piece chix joy w palm full of jolly spaghetti +drink $15 it's about $4 overinflated than what it should be but if you like to splurge cause it was payday and you woke up and yelled out "YOLO!" then go for it it's still delicious. Customer service was meh. I walked in 3 people were gathered at a register shadowing training a couple of new peeps and I stood there for about 5 mins before I could order mines I was the only customer standing there lol but ambiance is clean the two aunties was constantly cleaning tables and bathrooms are clean.

As much as I love their ChickenJoy it would be much enjoyable if their Spicy Chicken Joy was available! Why is it gone for sooooo long??? We tried to order some on November and they said sorry we won't have any until next year... and now it's March, why is it still not available? I miss it spicy!!! It's much better spicy

Jollibee chicken is getting disgusting at this location. It used to be good but now it’s just not. Lately it’s been barely done and super big. Like why is the damn chicken so big? And like I said, it was part raw. I threw it away and just ate the fries, which were delicious. But this is a chicken spot so get the chicken right

Did not get a receipt at the drive thru. I had to ask for it after the employee walked away from giving me my food at the parking lot. They forgot the mashed potatoes and I noticed after I got back to my hotel. I call to ask why they forgot and Angel the manager said to come in anytime but not today for a refund. I asked when is anytime, she said anytime not today. AGAIN I asked. Can I come in today? No not today but anytime is fine.... What the heck??? She then said she can give me a cash refund just not on the card. I asked can I come in today she said sure anytime. I'm sorry but that is incredibly confusing! And throughout this conversation she keeps cutting me off saying multiple times come anytime to get me off the phone. At no point was I rude. Angel (manager), please work on your soft skills in customer service or maybe just your grammar and listening skills.

Hands down the best fried chicken place we ate at when we moved here from hawaii. Service is awesome and fast. Food is always hot, moist and fresh. My go too is the meal with 3 chickens and two sides and don't forget the palabok! soooo good
