Ordered an 8 piece bucket, received tiny "thighs", there was less than 3 small bites of meat on each of them. Look at the picture I posted and look at the size compared to the small spoon, you could literally put the thighs on the spoon. The legs were just pathetic as well, the small bucket was not even halfway full. This has been getting worse and worse over the last few months at this location. We have been ordering this same meal from this location once or twice a week for a couple years, WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!

Terrible chicken ,biscuits were tiny and hard ,mashed potatoes were bland gravy sucks the coleslaw was ok they didn't give us honey or butter overall this place has gone down hill sucks will never go back.28 dollars for an 8 piece meal sucks too ...
We got the original chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw with biscuits. The chicken was dry on top and too moist on the bottom. The coleslaw wasn't as good as it used to be. The ingredients that they use have changed. Gravy didn't seem to have the same spices as before. Mashed potatoes were just okay. For the high prices that they charge the quality is just not there like it used to be.

Nothing but children running a business that have no idea how to handle paying customers. recently visited my local kfc 680 e horizon Dr Henderson, Nv 89015, not only did they screw up my order, when I called to make a complaint the children that work there played on the telephone until I let them know I was calling corporate to make a complaint. The girl that I spoke to said she was the Mgr on duty and refused to give her name which I am ok with but refused to correct my order as well My food was not to company standards and was missing items from the order. I will not be returning there. Worst customer service experience ever.
