Unfortunately the hot & ready concept of little ceasers does not apply to this location it seems. I've been more times than I care to think about only to be told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. During lunch time, of all times. Today was their last chance for my business. I will not be giving them another chance to live up to the business model they set up.

Went in to grab a pretzel crust pizza and wings and was given two very different pizzas and no wings and had to wait two hours to talk to someone to notify the place to have my order remade and they still didn't want to remake it until I showed

Did everything online. When I went to go pick up my pizza and cheese bread they said they were out of marinara sauce to choose ranch or cheese dip. My pizza was made with no marinara it was super dry and flavorless ?

The pizza ? is great its just they messed my order up but its only happen once and they didn't have anymore wings the one time I asked but overall the food is made deliciously done!!

It was good but I was very uncomfortable. One working has hair down and is making food and put good in oven. She is sitting down next to oven as it is very busy. There was at least 20 people in lobby with me. I’m not sure If I want to come back to this store if they don’t make you put your hair up when working around the food. I don’t want hair in my food. I’m waiting for my crazy bread to be ready and she makes her own and starts eating it then say she going on her break and her pizza isn’t ready. She was making other pizzas too.

Sign said you have to oder online. They had wings in the store, but app does not give you the option? They need to fix that if they have those kind of signs. No one spoke to you people in kitchen was making pizza and placing in pick-up slots.

My daughter is allergic to cow milk, so I ordered a pizza without cheese. They gave me a pizza with cheese all over it. I had to wait around for a new pizza to cook, and they didn't offer even a small dipping sauce for the mistake and wait.
