One of the better Caesars I've been to. That includes many other cities. It's little Caesars but it's a good one.

We used to love this location and never had a problem in the 5 years we’ve come here but the last two times have been awful. Today my husband ordered on the app ahead of time and they quoted the latest time for his order to be ready as 9:22pm…well when he got there they said they forgot to put his order in the oven. What? At 9:41pm he’s still waiting so he asks the worker when it might be ready and they tell him it’s been ready they just didn’t put it out for him. Again what? Why not? The time before this trip the same thing happened where they just didn’t make his order and we waited a whole hour in the lobby. Please step up the customer service. I don’t know if they just don’t like my husband personally but it sure seems that way considering we watched handfuls of people come in and out and their orders were made and ready. Oh well.

I’ve had great experiences here in the past. But recently a middle aged hispanic woman served me stale food and acted as though she didn’t understand my request for fresh food. The food was hard, cold and inedible. The crazy stix were made with the wrong dough and rock hard. I won’t return to this location and I will take it as a loss. This location is usually a hit or miss depending on who’s preparing your food.

We ordered online and when we got there 15 minutes after we placed the order the girl there told me that it was gonna take another 15 more, but even after that they make us wait a full hour and when I asked for my order they said "they forgot to make my order" are you telling me I have to wait another 15 minutes more to have just a 1 pizza? Its ridiculous, I'm not coming back here, such a bad service.

I saw the Owner at a Smith's nearby yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be mean and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Hair in the pizza the incompetent Manager had the nurve to ask me 'what color is the hair' took the pizzas back because apparently there 'policy' is they don't refund anything till the product is returned so took it back in the trash bag I threw everything in just to please them cuz that's where it belongs! Never had a problem with these guys it could of been a simple fix by voiding the transaction over the phone but nope.......

The motto is “hot and ready” but there is a 30 minute wait for pepperoni pizza. Just another company not holding up to their own standards. They also have the balls to ask for a tip when you have to wait 20 minutes for sub par pizza.

They gave me the wrong pizza after being asked twice which one I wanted the “the extramostbestest” CHEESE pizza and gave me pepperoni.. I don’t know from what point he did pay attention or I lost him. But I definitely was not happy when I saw it was pepperoni ..
