Always horrible service over the phone. The food is OK (usually tastes reheated) not worth dealing with the horrible service. I called to place a pick up order and the person taking my order was rude and rushing me. I decided to cancel it and never going order there again. She only hung up the phone and didn't try to apologize or anything.

Come on lulus Hawaiian bbq. It's a disgrace that you would sell Chinese buffet donuts and say they are malasadas...cmon DO BETTER and get the real thing. And then your kalbi ribs are so tuff to eat. ??♀️

It's a hole-in-the-wall, strip-plaza place. The food is good. The service is relatively fast. I like the Chicken Katsu. The short ribs are good, too. The macaroni salad is top-knotch!

Quiet empty inside even for lunch hour.I know I didn’t pay $14 for 4 thin, dry short ribs. Crab Rangoon barely filled, and lumpia dry came without sauce. Other locations are better, this did not hit the mark.
