Mamma Pam is my favorite Thai food in Las Vegas. The service is excellent and the food always comes out fresh. I recommend Pad Thai, Pad Prik King, and the Som Tum salad. I try to order something new each time I go and I am never let down by the good eats!!!! I recently tried Beef Stew and Beef Ball noodle soup with a spice of 4 and it was excellent. Excellent Thai food! I was very, very impressed with not only the flavor, but the size of the portions. I am a big Thai food fan, and very picky. We tried over 8 dishes, as we had a large party, and everything was excellent. Genuine Thai food, fair prices, good portions. I will say however, the Massaman Curry is too sweet, probably made for American taste buds. I’ve had this dish directly in southern Thailand and Mama Pam’s would benefit from more spice and acidity. There was no spice option on the menu for some reason…I’ll try more dishes in time, hopefully not everything is on the sweeter side.
