Just left this place and this is partly my fault for not completely checking my order before I left but REALLY SHOULD IT BE SO BAD THAT WE HAVE TO? Ordered 40 nuggets and hot mustard, got home to 20 nuggets and honey mustard. Whatever with the sauce BUT HALF MY ORDER? The point was to grab a quick dinner and be done with it, not going back out so I'm just burnt on it. It's time we started making our own food and buck these places, this is our own fault for putting our faith in incompetence...... Just moved in the area, had a similar experience in the last area we moved to and never visited the place again. That'll be the same with this place.

Used my points and placed the order thru the mobile app only to be very irritated, dissatisfied, and disappointed at how my 1 sandwich was prepared. Look at the pics and you tell me if what I got matched how the sandwich is SUPPOSED to look??? Then on top of that, I get home and the sandwich wasn't even warm! Too disgusted to drive all the way back to Sunset & Stephanie where I purchased it, but I'm leary about getting food from there now...thru the drive-thru or inside...especially if this is how they prepare and serve food to customers. Shouldn't matter if it's free due to points accumulated via the App or if you pay. EVERYONE deserves fresh, hot food from ANY establishment.

I was there on Easter And it was the most horrible experience I ever had with the McDonald’s ever in my life. They told me to pull around so they could give me my food. I have five kids in the car, traveling California My Son that’s 1 1/2 years old through some food on the ground me not noticing it at all because I’m dealing with the other kids trying to handle all their food and trying to get him situated. I pulled out it was going to exit on Stephanie Street but I had to stop once again because my son was throwing a fit and threw food on the floor of my car while I’m trying to get him situated the manager and other employees came up to me very aggressively trying to fight me in front of my kids and videotaping me and my kids. This was the most humiliating thing I ever experienced in my life my kids were crying because They were scared didn’t know what’s going on. I didn’t know what was going on either until they kept on yelling at me about the food on the floor. I believe it was a little pieces of pancakes my Son on the floor when I was trying to get the other kid situated when I had his door open but this was the worst experience ever. I will be contacting a lawyer because them videotaping my kids without my permission and myself and trying to fight me in front of my kids was not cool and mind you I was not even on their Property. I was pulling out on Stephanie Street out the complex but I had to stop because of My Son. That’s when they walked up on me trying to fight me.

This place is a bit bad, the fries are soggy at the bottom and they didn't deliver what I asked for, I asked for mcnuggets a medium fry and a LARGE SPRITE they forgot my large sprite and when we asked to pay for it then get it they didn't let us, L service but the food was ok.
