All 3 of my party got severe food poisoning. The smell of the place was awful, the waitress was nice, but not helpful. Food was AWFUL!

This was our second time sitting up at the bar. First time was a male bartender that was very friendly and felt welcomed. Second time was a young women. We ordered drinks and asked for a menu. Husband was playing the machine. We ordered food and just before it came out we were asked to sit at a table behind us. She brought the place settings and water over. We were confused on why we were asked to move. We were actively drinking our 2nd and ordering a third and gambling. (I was going to gamble after dinner). She said someone might want to play them! We have never been asked that at any other bar. There were 3 other sits open. We do stop for a few minutes to get the food down and start back up but we just left after eating at the table. Which not one person played the machine while we were having dinner. We are new to the area and looking for our Go-To place...easy discussion to make... to move on down the road.

The service at Mountainside was good and the fish and chips were pretty good too. But the prices on the menu were 30% higher than the prices on their website and at $17 for two small pieces of fish, fries and a condiment size coleslaw (there was actually more tartar sauce than coleslaw) it's way over priced.

Manager Kurt was offensive and rude. Would not recommend this place as service has never been anything close to good, even after multiple visits.
Medium rare hamburger was yellow-green inside instead of pink! Sent it back and no change, still yellow-green and even undercooked. Requested tossed salad instead of fries and it was served "cooked" on same plate as burger that was obviously left under heat lamp. Restaurant was dirty, bathrooms beyond disgusting, and service from kitchen slow (40 minutes when only two tables of customers....really?) Positive: waitress was nice and fried pickle chips very good. Still, so disappointing since it's one of the few restaurants this side of town.

Bought the Cajun pasta along with potstickers for a total of $32.95 overall flavorless and disappointing.It was 12 dollars for 5 pot stickers which is absurd, especially since you can tell they’re not made in house; they’re the store bought kind, very small. Also the Cajun pasta was only spicy it had no flavor unless you count the andouille sausage and shrimp. ?This is a first and last disappointing experience with this place for the price $32.95☹️

This was not our first visit we had the poorest service! We keep giving it a chance because the food is actually very good. But their food service has always been so bad. They are clueless on how to run the floor, manage their tables and time management. We sat there for 30 minutes with no water or our drink order. She passed our table several times like we weren't even there. So much to even write but you get the gist. Sorry to say, Don't waste your time here.
