We went by today hoping to have lunch, and saw a sign saying after 5 years they were closed down. Yelp says temporarily closed, but that's not correct. Going to miss this place.

My coworker took me here one time and the food was mind blowing. Normally I am a traditionalist when it comes to bahn mi but the food is just so good. My husband and I have been back multiple times since then. The only bad things I can say about the place is that sometimes it smells a little like sewer in there and the food takes a long time to make. But we have always taken the food to go, and the food is well worth the wait.

Service is great food is even better. Alan is such a sweetheart I love coming in and seeing him. I always get the short rib sandwich and the crab ragoons. Both are delicious each time. I did get take out recently and the bread was hard. This was a one-time thing but I'd suggest eating this fresh.

This place never fails to deliver on all fronts. They could not be more accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The food is all outstanding. Very clean restaurant and helpful suggestions. Becoming a favorite all around. And a great price for all you get. Highly recommend.
Convenient location, especially if you're staying at Green Valley Ranch. On a Saturday, not too busy during lunch time. The Pork Patty Rolls tasted good, but I wished they added the thin deep fried egg roll (similar to the version at Summer Roll in the 626). It would have added another texture dimension (i.e., crispy). My buddy suggested the Yellow Curry Lemon Grass Chicken Sandwich, and I gave it a try. Not a fan, but my buddy liked it. What got me was the curry itself. I prefer my curry over rice, and not in a sandwich. Finally, we tried the Grilled Chicken Plate. This was my favorite. The marinade on the chicken was flavorful with a nice char texture. I would come back.

Great service and incredible food. The bread was toasted perfectly and the Bahn Mi had great flavor. I loved the pickled ginger, a fun creative twist! Ambiance is casual, great for lunch. Highly recommend!

Omg - this place was bomb!! The bahn mi w curry broth was delicious. I devoured it - everyone else had pho and were happy with their meals. Fresh spring roll as an appetizer was delicious as well. As other said, it's a small place and we were lucky to grab a 4 top!

Advice for owners: I must express my disappointment in discovering the recent change in your spring roll recipe. Unfortunately, the new recipe no longer features the excellent ingredients it once had. I humbly suggest considering a price increase rather than compromising quality. This is important because your customer base will undoubtedly notice when they are short-changed in quality. Food: Your new recipe now omits the fresh, thinly sliced cucumber, carrots, crisp green lettuce, and cilantro/mint alongside the shrimp and vermicelli noodles wrapped in clear rice paper. Now you only have noodles, lettuce, and shrimp. Your shrimp spring rolls, in particular, were among the best items on your menu. As evident from other reviews here, most of your top-rating customers also considered this a top item. I kindly request that you bring back your original recipe for Spring Rolls and increase your price if needed to ensure your quality and flavor are not compromised. I have attached current and previous photos for comparison to provide a visual reference. Ambiance: Clean, minimal, and modern. Service: Orders take about 10-20 mins, but the front counter service is excellent.

One of my favorite Asian fusion spots in Vegas! They have the BEST sandwiches. You can order 6" of 12", my favorite is the BBQ chicken banh mi. It's packed with so much flavor and fresh veggies and the bread is always crisped to perfection! The portions are huge, you get your sandwich, a soup, chips and a drink and you can choose from Thai tea or matcha milk tea. I've only gotten their orders to go, but they've always been right and the quality and consistency is the same everytime! We love bringing friends and family here, it's 100% worth a stop especially if you love Asian food!
