Food is good, staff is good. But why the bathroom is locked? Customers should have free access to the restroom to wash-up before eating. I was there during lunch rush, it was busy, and I had to make multiple requests to use their restroom (in front of other customers interfering with the line to pay at the cashier) the code they gave me didn’t work, I had to tell someone, turns out battery of lock was dead, then a staff had to go with me. Mean while the line was piling up. Just hire a person to be in charge of the bathroom cleaning and leave doors unlock. Your customers deserve to have access any time to your restrooms.

I've been pretty disappointed lately with Panda Express especially the store in the meadows mall food court and the Tropicana and boulder highway locations. My favorite dish is the walnut chicken, which is a premium dish and cost $1.50 extra. The noodles were over cooked and tasted bland. I ordered teriyaki chicken and it was overcooked as well. The orange chicken was good but needed to be heated again. They only have counter service so it's hard to get the to re-due food. There really isn't any atmosphere or ambiance at any of their locations because it's basically a walk in fast food place. The china mama is a better choice for fine eating and a sit down meal.

Wanted to get the watermelon mango drink with no ice because I don’t like my drinks with ice. The guy behind the counter told me I’m not able to get it without the ice only with less ice. This is honestly ridiculous. Won’t ever go back to this panda again.

The person that helped us was rude and when I pointed it out she started using some ridiculous high-pitched voice that you could clearly see was exaggerated and not her own voice it was annoying unnecessary and she didn't listen she was too busy talking over me when I had questions she was rushing me I won't mention her name that would just be rude but you'll know if you hear that fake high pitch voice is very robotic insincere and withdrawn I get it everyone doesn't like their job but I feel as though if you don't like it you shouldn't do it find something that you do like to do and make that your job

Ordered and prepaid $520 in food for Associate Appreciation event 3 days in advance. Panda was a No-Show, No call with delivery, when we called to inquire as the status of our order we were informed the order had been canceled without notice or explanation.
To the girl working the counter by herself at 6:50/7pm 4/27/23 I didn’t get your name but you are the sweetest with the best customer service!! This store in general is the best panda in my opinion! Great customer service and always fresh. Thank you guys!

Glen didn't listen and his manager isn't anymore helper all I wanted was to enjoy my Friday night and have panda but bc she couldn't do her job and act the customer is always right she got to see me be me a little bit but I'm banned from there now so don't go here sucks anyways lol

They were out of the Coca-Cola fountain drink but, gave me a bottle of Coca-Cola instead plus a second bottle as a refill. The man at the counter was very nice. The Kung Pao Chicken was very good.Kid-friendliness: They have kid's meals.
