Robert is rude & needs to be fired, flat out. I stood in line for 15mins while he filled “online orders”. The cook in the back was standing around doing nothing. None of the food up front was fresh nor did they greet the 3 people who were in line. I asked Robert “why they didn’t have any food out ready or fresh so people didn’t have to wait like I did” & this guy said “well u can go somewhere else, we don’t need your business”!! I told him I will be reporting him to corporate as well as social media.

Terrible customer service. I had to call DoorDash to discover that this location is permanently closed. Please close the phone line so I'm not sitting on the phone for minutes before getting no answer. DoorDash is simply relocating orders to nearby locations, so don't bother.

Very poor customer service. 3 girls talking to a male customer who already paid for his food. He mentioned to them that I was waiting to place an order (about 7 minutes by then after another customer). One girl looked over at me, but did not come over. Very rude girls, they should all be fired. Not going back to this location, ever.

First time eating at this establishment. Only person in line at the time of order and it took 32 minutes to get food. Ordered two entree plate Kung Pao chicken and broccoli beef with 1/2 chowmein and 1/2 steamed rice. Received a handful of noodles, and 80% fried rice. Broccoli beef was all broccoli and one piece of beef -- it was hot, unlike the rice & Kung Pao that sat for 32 minutes and were ice cold. They should be ashamed to serve something that awful. This location is really bad. I wonder if serving something that has been sitting on the counter for 30+ minutes conforms to safe good handling requirements of the Clark County Health District. Believe the other bad reviews about this location and find somewhere else to spend your money. Your stomach will thank you!

Always friendly and we eat there about once a week as we frequent sunset for gambling and movies. Never had a bad meal the cream cheese wontons are a bargain and killer orange chicken. MY wife loves the chow mein it has no meat and lots of celery and is always tasty. See you thursday!!!

So this particular Panda Express, located in Sunset Station, makes the entrees to order. There are a few items ready to go on the line. My wife and I decided to eat here before our movie date. Our chow mein was dry and the orange chicken was dry for sitting under heat lamps for god knows how long. The restaurant was also dirty, tables not wiped down, errant food on the floor. Needless to say I will not dine at this location again.

Who doesn't like Panda. Honestly, it's my "go-to" place for something quick and also yummy. This particular location is especially convenient to get something quick between bingo sessions :). Today, the man serving does not seem to know what he is doing. He is super slow and inefficient. I mean, do I really have to ask for soy sauce? It is, after all, Chinese food.

I wish I had read the reviews. OMG DONT EAT AT THIS ONE ITS THE WORST. The chicken taste like breaded orange chicken. That was a waste of my hard earned money.

I have ordered here twice during my stay at the Sunset Casino Hotel. The first time it was totally dead and I walked up and ordered crazy fast. Elizabeth S helped me the first time and she was great. The food tasted like your typical Panda Express food. The second time I stopped by I was like the 4th person in line and when I got to the front, a lot of the trays were empty. The server helping me (Simmaly S) was nice and worked fast.

All other Panda Express offered veterans discount the one inside Sunset Station does not. "We don't do that here!"

5 times in a roll they don’t have benji beef unless you order it. Cheap management trying to save money on beef.
