Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. It was smashed, had to peel it off the paper, and lost a lot of cheese, THEN noticed the bread that it was on wasn't even baked all the way through. It was doughy in the middle. Yuck!!

Normally go to Panera in The District, but that one is closing which disappoints me bc I would get a coffee and walk around all the shops. The one be the Galleria Mall is nice, but I was disappointed they only had two coffees out at 1:00 pm.

Ordered 2 Turkey Avocado club sandwiches. I asked for extra bacon on them. They told me it already came with bacon, so I said ok. I asked for the bagels, and only the bagels to be toasted, they toasted both of the entire sandwiches. I got wilted lettuce and tomatoes on top of melted cheese and a warmish not toasted bagel with NO BACON. I paid 40 dollars for that. I feel robbed.

We ordered soup that took about 45 mins and the grilled cheese was two thin incomplete slices of bread with cheese, not as displayed on the app. Short staffed and remaining staff were polite but did not move at all with any urgency. Dissatisfied with this experience.
Restaurant was dirty. Food was awful. The chicken teriyaki bowl had a half scoop of rice and the worst looking chicken I’ve seen also the bread was hard. Next time I’ll go to

Enployee and Manager this morning went above and beyond! My order was supposed to be for a chicken breakfast sandwich and was instead a bacon sandwich (I dont eat pork) and even though it may have been a mistake on my end, they provided me with a chicken substitute and I could not be more satisfied. I usually never leave reviews, but yall deserve this one.
