The service always fantastic. Quite flavorful Vietnamese food with a lot of options. The only reason I am giving a 4 stars abs not 5 is the portions on some of their non-pho dishes.

Customer service is awful. Came in couple days ago. All their tables were not cleaned with bunch of dirty dishes on top. Finally got seated. The waitress has absolutely zero customer service skills. While waiting for our food, other tables still stayed dirty. 7 people entered the restaurant. They were not approached or acknowledged for a long time. Workers just passed by them many times completely ignoring them. People gave up and left. Another lady was more patient. I saw her standing and waiting forever until she herself approached the waitress. That's crazy. And the restaurant was not busy at the time. Please, hire more people or teach your workers friendliness.

Love coming here. Before covid and during. Food is great and staff is friendly :) I also work for the urgent care near them, so it's convenient when I'm in a rush to pick up lunch.

BEWARE OF HAIR!!! Ordered two meals via Postmates. One dish had several white human hairs mixed into the entrée!!! View attached photos. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! *"Com Bo Nuong & Cha Gio" = BEEF & HAIR.

So I stopped here last minute to see how the soup was. I tried the bun bo huey soup. I noticed that the the broth was not as red as I'm used to and the lemon grass flavor wasn't as pronounced. Im going to go out in a limb and assume that they use another broth type and just use a bun bo huey flavoring mixed in before they serve. Which is fine, but not what I was looking for. Also the bathrooms were not the cleanest here. I gave 2 stars mainly because of the poor bathroom quality and the fact that I was not served a real bowl of bun bo huey.....

Our second time here and the service was so slow. The food was just okay this time. We are so disappointed because the first time we came we thought we found our new pho place. Don't know if we will come back.
Enjoyed my chicken salad today. Service was great. Most of all I appreciate the staffs honesty. I thought I put my credit card case in my jacket pocket, but it slipped out and fell on the floor. I was unaware of the loss , drivers license, money club card and visa. Before I got home cell phone rang, it was staff from Milan Phou calling to say they found my case on floor. We had called to make a reservation so they had my number. Thank God for their kindness.

This pho place is good. Service was good. Timing on the food was good. I think there were just a coupe of things that bugged me about the food. My friends took me here for dinner. Honestly, when I first tried the soup, it tasted a little bland. My friend agreed so we assumed that it was just the day that we went. I'm sure it's better than what we had that day. The katsu sauce also felt a little too runny for me but to each their own, I guess. Everything else was fire so I'm def gonna come back and try tho pho again and see if it was just that day.

If you're expecting something with a wow factor or gimmicky, this is not the place for you. This is a great family casual place. We love coming here for a quick dinner. No frills, the food comes out quick, and tastes great. The prices are also reasonable. Our usual go-to's other than pho, are the egg rolls, combination bahn mi, and chicken wings.

Limited to 27 dine in customers. Masks and social distancing required based on signs at door. Almost everything there was good. (Lettuce to wrap egg rolls tasted like dirty dish soap water. I don't send food back as I've witnessed revenge from kitchen staff when I worked in the fast food industry.) Dine in order: * Egg rolls 3/5 * Shrimp & Pork fried rice 5/5 * hit the spot! * Pho Gai 5/5 * Pho Dac Biet combination 5/5 * tasty bone broth! * Hot Coffee with sweetened condensed milk 5/5 To go order: * Ban mi thit nuong (trying this later on tonight) Dine in Family dinner for us. We arrived @ approximately 4:30 p.m. on 12/29/2020. We were greeted cordially by the staff and given a high chair for our baby. The nice lady who took our order was masked and gloved. Our order was brought to us rather quickly and we were able to enjoy our food without missing anything for anyone at our table. We asked the server if she could give us a small amount of bean sprouts vs a big serving and she did. We as a family are thankful for the service received by this restaurant. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.
